Urgent Project? We Can Help You Start Before Custom Production Is Finished

Sometimes a restaurant, hotel or other project needs to begin operating before full custom production can be completed.

In these situations, we may be able to provide a temporary solution using ready-to-ship inventory.

For qualifying bulk orders, we can provide approximately 10% to 25% additional folders at no charge, depending on:

• the size of the main order;
• folder construction;
• the cost of the specific model;
• available inventory.

For simpler constructions, the percentage of complimentary folders may be higher.

For more complex and expensive products, such as leather ring binders, the complimentary quantity may be lower.

For example, ordering 100 complex binder folders does not automatically mean receiving 25 identical binders at no charge.

Depending on the project, we may instead be able to provide approximately 5–10 ready-to-use folders to help the client begin operating.

The exact solution is determined individually according to the size, construction and requirements of each order.

A Simpler Temporary Folder Can Also Be the Solution

For some urgent projects, the temporary folders do not need to be the same complex construction as the main custom order.

If the priority is simply to open or begin operating on time, we may be able to provide a simpler ready-made folder as a temporary alternative.

For example, a client may order complex branded ring binders for the final project but urgently need a smaller number of menu folders for opening day.

We can send simpler ready-to-ship menu covers without branding so the restaurant can begin operating while the main custom order is being produced.

When the final branded production arrives, the temporary folders do not need to be returned.

They remain with the client and can continue to be used as additional or backup inventory.
