Elastic string binding — how it works

Print your menu on A4 or US Letter (8.5" × 11"), fold the sheets in half, and secure them under the elastic string. The pages sit straight, don’t slip, and can be replaced in seconds. Great for daily specials, seasonal updates, drinks lists, desserts, or separate menu sections.

Logo file requirements

Vector files are preferred (SVG, PDF, EPS). High-resolution PNG is also acceptable. We will confirm placement and sizing so your branding looks balanced and clean.

Size and custom formats

The standard folder is designed for A4 or US Letter. Custom size is available upon request—share your preferred dimensions or your menu layout, and we will make it to fit your needs.

Care

The leather has a protective wax finish. For everyday care, wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Care instructions are included.

We use top-grain calf leather and carefully select it for each type of product. Where strength and structural stability are needed, we choose denser sections of the leather. Where elasticity, softness, and a more natural texture matter, we use more flexible parts of the material.

For example, we cut leather desk pads along the upper line of the hide, which is usually flatter and more even. Rolls, on the other hand, are cut along the lower line of the hide, which is more elastic and often has a more interesting natural texture. This approach allows us to combine aesthetics, functionality, and durability in the right way.

For corporate orders, we can also offer a wider range of calf leather depending on the requirements of a particular project and the needs of the brand.

Since leather is a natural material, each product has its own unique characteristics. The shade, texture, density, and surface character may vary slightly from what you see in the photos. This is part of the value of genuine leather — every изделие preserves the living character of the material and its natural uniqueness.

Any personalization shown in the photos in our listings, including logos, names, initials, or text, is provided for demonstration purposes only. By default, we sell our products without personalization. If you would like to add your own logo, name, or text, please leave your request in the Comment field during checkout.

In many cases, we can complete laser engraving directly at the warehouse and ship the order on the same day, so this usually does not affect the dispatch time. If embossing with a metal die is required, the work is completed in our workshop in Ukraine, so delivery usually takes about 9 days instead of 1–3 days for orders shipped from our warehouse in the USA.

If the personalization includes the customer’s logo, our designer first prepares a digital mockup for approval. For wholesale and corporate orders, we also produce the first item from the batch as a sample, approve it separately, and only after the second approval do we proceed with the full production run.

If the order is shipped from Ukraine, we independently pay all customs duties and mandatory charges regardless of the destination country, so the customer does not face additional costs or difficulties when receiving the parcel.
