Refund policy
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled for a full refund at any time before shipment. Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been issued, cancellation is no longer possible.
Returns
Non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item has not been used, is not damaged, and is returned in its original box.
Personalized items, including products with engraving, logos, embossing, or any other custom modifications, are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they were delivered damaged, defective, or with an error on our part.
Return Shipping Costs
If a return is made at the customer’s request, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
If a replacement, return, or refund is required because of our mistake, damage, defect, or any other issue caused on our side, all related shipping costs will be covered by us.
Refunds and Replacements
If we made a mistake with your order, including sending the wrong item, incorrect personalization, color, size, or configuration, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
If the order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match what was ordered, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
If the package is lost in transit and it is confirmed that it was not delivered, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

Please include your order number and a short description of the issue in your message. If the issue involves damage, a defect, or an incorrect item, photos will help us resolve the matter faster.
Non-Refundable Situations
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
Delivery delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather conditions, holiday periods, or other circumstances beyond our control are not grounds for a refund.
If tracking shows that the package was delivered to the address provided in the order, we are not responsible for its loss or theft after delivery.
