Shipping policy
We offer free shipping on orders to the United States, the United Kingdom, and countries across Europe. For all other destinations, shipping costs are calculated separately depending on the destination, order volume, and shipment details.
We are a manufacturer, which means that most of our products are usually in stock, allowing us to process and ship orders quickly. In exceptional cases, dispatch times may vary if a particular item is temporarily out of stock and we have not yet had time to replenish it. If a specific delivery deadline is important to you, or if your order is wholesale, please contact us in advance to confirm the timing. In most cases, the item is already available, and if needed, we can always offer an alternative.
Laser engraving usually does not affect dispatch times. Embossing with a metal die requires more preparation time. If your order is urgent, we recommend confirming the timeline with us before placing your order.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Orders for the United States are mainly shipped from our warehouse in Brooklyn Park, while orders for Europe are shipped directly from our production facility in Ukraine, located in a safe region near the Hungarian border. Production and delivery timelines for branded corporate orders are always agreed individually.
We ship worldwide exclusively through trusted private carriers, including FedEx and DHL. This allows us to provide reliable delivery, consistent service, and shipment tracking at all major stages of transit.
Once your order has been shipped, we provide tracking information whenever it is available for the selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, carrier operations, customs procedures, holiday periods, and other external circumstances.
We cover customs duties and VAT so that our customers do not face additional charges, unexpected payments, or difficulties when receiving their parcels. Our goal is to make delivery as simple, clear, and comfortable as possible.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order cannot be delivered because of incorrect or incomplete address details, additional costs for reshipping may be charged to the customer.
