Custom Chestnut Leather Single-Page Menu Boards

These single-page leather menu boards were handcrafted by Mureli Workshop as a custom hospitality project for Holly’s Hill Vineyards.

The completed order was designed for 8.5 × 11 inch menu inserts. Each board combines a Chestnut Crazy Horse leather front with a soft brown suede backing and four stitched leather corner holders that keep the printed page securely in place.

The front of each menu board was personalized with the client’s embossed business logo. This completed project is now part of the Mureli Workshop portfolio and demonstrates how this construction can be adapted for wineries, restaurants, bars, tasting rooms, hotels, cafés, and event venues.

Single-Page Menu Format

This design presents one printed menu sheet at a time without folding, rings, elastic cords, or plastic sleeves.

The page is secured by four leather corner holders, allowing staff to replace the insert whenever the menu changes.

Completed 8.5 × 11 Inch Project

The menu boards shown in the photographs were made for standard 8.5 × 11 inch paper.

The four corner holders leave most of the printed sheet visible while keeping it aligned on the board. The menu can be removed and replaced without altering the leather construction.

Chestnut Crazy Horse Leather and Brown Suede

The front is made from genuine Chestnut Crazy Horse leather with a rich waxed surface and visible natural tonal variation.

The reverse side is finished with soft brown suede, creating a refined contrast between the smooth leather exterior and the textured backing.

Crazy Horse leather may show:

• lighter areas where the surface bends or is touched;
• natural variations in shade;
• small scratches and surface markings;
• a developing patina with regular use.

These characteristics are natural and make every finished menu board slightly different.

Custom Logo Personalization

The menu boards in this project were personalized with the Holly’s Hill Vineyards logo in a dark embossed finish.

For your order, we can add:

What Is Included

The listing includes one personalized leather single-page menu board in the selected size.

Printed menus, paper inserts, and other materials shown for demonstration are not included.

We use top-grain calf leather and carefully select it for each type of product. Where strength and structural stability are needed, we choose denser sections of the leather. Where elasticity, softness, and a more natural texture matter, we use more flexible parts of the material.

For example, we cut leather desk pads along the upper line of the hide, which is usually flatter and more even. Rolls, on the other hand, are cut along the lower line of the hide, which is more elastic and often has a more interesting natural texture. This approach allows us to combine aesthetics, functionality, and durability in the right way.

For corporate orders, we can also offer a wider range of calf leather depending on the requirements of a particular project and the needs of the brand.

Since leather is a natural material, each product has its own unique characteristics. The shade, texture, density, and surface character may vary slightly from what you see in the photos. This is part of the value of genuine leather — every изделие preserves the living character of the material and its natural uniqueness.

Any personalization shown in the photos in our listings, including logos, names, initials, or text, is provided for demonstration purposes only. By default, we sell our products without personalization. If you would like to add your own logo, name, or text, please leave your request in the Comment field during checkout.

In many cases, we can complete laser engraving directly at the warehouse and ship the order on the same day, so this usually does not affect the dispatch time. If embossing with a metal die is required, the work is completed in our workshop in Ukraine, so delivery usually takes about 9 days instead of 1–3 days for orders shipped from our warehouse in the USA.

If the personalization includes the customer’s logo, our designer first prepares a digital mockup for approval. For wholesale and corporate orders, we also produce the first item from the batch as a sample, approve it separately, and only after the second approval do we proceed with the full production run.

If the order is shipped from Ukraine, we independently pay all customs duties and mandatory charges regardless of the destination country, so the customer does not face additional costs or difficulties when receiving the parcel.
