Ruslana is the person who makes sure every product we ship is beautifully, reliably, and lovingly packed. She’s in charge of the final stage of production — packaging — and she does it with exceptional attention to detail.

But that wasn’t always her role. Ruslana originally joined our team as a hand-stitching craftswoman. It wasn’t an easy start — new environment, new tasks, a fast-paced team with strong personalities. But she held on, adapted, and eventually found her place where her calm focus and precision became truly indispensable.

Today, Ruslana is the quiet strength behind our workshop. She knows every product SKU by heart — an impressive feat in itself. And her skills truly shine when working with custom orders, which we handle daily. For each unique item, Ruslana handcrafts a box to fit its exact shape, size, and weight — ensuring safe delivery while also helping our customers save on shipping costs.

Her work may not often be seen in photos, but it’s deeply felt in every package our clients receive.
