The binder is made from waxed Crazy Horse leather in a rich Chestnut color. Its distinctive pull-up effect creates lighter and darker shades as the leather bends or is touched, giving every recipe book a warm vintage character.

Paper Refill

Each binder comes with 100 sheets of lined paper. An additional 100-sheet refill can be added when ordering. The ring mechanism comfortably accommodates up to 200 sheets while remaining convenient for everyday use.

Chestnut Crazy Horse Leather

This recipe binder is made from waxed Crazy Horse leather in Chestnut. The natural wax finish creates a rich vintage pull-up effect, allowing the surface to shift between warm chestnut, copper, and deeper brown tones under different light.

Marks, scratches, and lighter areas may appear quickly during use. This is a natural characteristic of waxed Crazy Horse leather rather than a defect. Many marks can be softened by gently rubbing the surface with a clean, dry cloth or fingertips. Over time, the leather develops a distinctive patina unique to its owner.

For orders of 10 or more pieces, the binder can be produced in another leather color from our available palette. Logo placement, personalization method, thread color, and packaging can also be coordinated for your project.

We use top-grain calf leather and carefully select it for each type of product. Where strength and structural stability are needed, we choose denser sections of the leather. Where elasticity, softness, and a more natural texture matter, we use more flexible parts of the material.

For example, we cut leather desk pads along the upper line of the hide, which is usually flatter and more even. Rolls, on the other hand, are cut along the lower line of the hide, which is more elastic and often has a more interesting natural texture. This approach allows us to combine aesthetics, functionality, and durability in the right way.

For corporate orders, we can also offer a wider range of calf leather depending on the requirements of a particular project and the needs of the brand.

Since leather is a natural material, each product has its own unique characteristics. The shade, texture, density, and surface character may vary slightly from what you see in the photos. This is part of the value of genuine leather — every изделие preserves the living character of the material and its natural uniqueness.

Any personalization shown in the photos in our listings, including logos, names, initials, or text, is provided for demonstration purposes only. By default, we sell our products without personalization. If you would like to add your own logo, name, or text, please leave your request in the Comment field during checkout.

In many cases, we can complete laser engraving directly at the warehouse and ship the order on the same day, so this usually does not affect the dispatch time. If embossing with a metal die is required, the work is completed in our workshop in Ukraine, so delivery usually takes about 9 days instead of 1–3 days for orders shipped from our warehouse in the USA.

If the personalization includes the customer’s logo, our designer first prepares a digital mockup for approval. For wholesale and corporate orders, we also produce the first item from the batch as a sample, approve it separately, and only after the second approval do we proceed with the full production run.

If the order is shipped from Ukraine, we independently pay all customs duties and mandatory charges regardless of the destination country, so the customer does not face additional costs or difficulties when receiving the parcel.
