This $50 custom order add-on was created for an existing order (#1963) of our Dark Brown Leather 3-Ring Binder for 8.5 x 11 in Paper.

It covers two requested modifications to the original leather binder: an upgraded ring mechanism and a custom stitching color.

Custom Binder Upgrades

1. Larger D-Ring Mechanism
Replace the standard 25 mm rings with a 1.5-inch (38.1 mm) 3-ring D-ring mechanism, mounted directly on the binder spine.

2. Custom Stitching Color
Use a darker stitching thread, similar to the requested Desert Tan shade. The final thread color will be confirmed before production.

3. Personalized Debossing
The binder will feature the customer's requested text, debossed in the right corner using our Classic font. Personalization details are kept private.

Design Approval Before Production

Our designer will prepare a digital proof showing the personalized text and its placement. Production will begin after the customer reviews and approves the design.

For individual custom orders and large corporate projects, we can also source specific leather types, colors, thicknesses, and finishes to match your vision and requirements.

As genuine leather is a natural material, slight variations in color and texture may occur, depending on the leather type and finish.

Any personalization shown in the photos in our listings, including logos, names, initials, or text, is provided for demonstration purposes only. By default, we sell our products without personalization. If you would like to add your own logo, name, or text, please leave your request in the Comment field during checkout.

In many cases, we can complete laser engraving directly at the warehouse and ship the order on the same day, so this usually does not affect the dispatch time. If embossing with a metal die is required, the work is completed in our workshop in Ukraine, so delivery usually takes about 9 days instead of 1–3 days for orders shipped from our warehouse in the USA.

If the personalization includes the customer’s logo, our designer first prepares a digital mockup for approval. For wholesale and corporate orders, we also produce the first item from the batch as a sample, approve it separately, and only after the second approval do we proceed with the full production run.

If the order is shipped from Ukraine, we independently pay all customs duties and mandatory charges regardless of the destination country, so the customer does not face additional costs or difficulties when receiving the parcel.
