This rigid dark brown leather 3-ring binder is designed for organizing documents, presentation materials, contracts, catalogs, portfolios, and other standard 8.5 × 11 inch papers.

The deep dark brown color gives the binder a restrained and professional appearance, making it suitable for office use, business meetings, presentations, corporate gifts, and personal organization.

Rigid Construction

The binder is made from two layers of genuine leather, each approximately 1.5 mm thick. A 1 mm cardboard core is placed between the leather layers.

The total construction thickness is approximately 4 mm.

This structure helps the binder:

• hold its shape;
• look substantial and professional;
• protect documents from bending;
• withstand regular use;
• provide a more polished appearance than a soft single-layer cover.

The edges are neatly stitched around the full perimeter with contrasting thread.

Standard 3-Ring Mechanism

By default, the binder is equipped with a 25 mm / 0.98 inch 3-ring mechanism, as shown in the product layout.

It is suitable for:

• standard 8.5 × 11 inch paper;
• pre-punched documents;
• plastic sheet protectors;
• presentation and training materials.

Production Time

Laser engraving can be completed at our warehouse in the United States, allowing us to prepare and ship the order more quickly.

Embossing, including the type shown in the photos, is completed in Ukraine and requires additional production time. The estimated time for the customer to receive the finished binder is up to 2 weeks, depending on the personalization method and delivery address.

Optional Interior Pockets

For an additional fee, we can add interior pockets for:

• business cards;
• notes;
• other office materials.

The number, shape, and placement of the pockets are confirmed individually before production.

What Is Included

We use top-grain calf leather and carefully select it for each type of product. Where strength and structural stability are needed, we choose denser sections of the leather. Where elasticity, softness, and a more natural texture matter, we use more flexible parts of the material.

For example, we cut leather desk pads along the upper line of the hide, which is usually flatter and more even. Rolls, on the other hand, are cut along the lower line of the hide, which is more elastic and often has a more interesting natural texture. This approach allows us to combine aesthetics, functionality, and durability in the right way.

For corporate orders, we can also offer a wider range of calf leather depending on the requirements of a particular project and the needs of the brand.

Since leather is a natural material, each product has its own unique characteristics. The shade, texture, density, and surface character may vary slightly from what you see in the photos. This is part of the value of genuine leather — every изделие preserves the living character of the material and its natural uniqueness.

Any personalization shown in the photos in our listings, including logos, names, initials, or text, is provided for demonstration purposes only. By default, we sell our products without personalization. If you would like to add your own logo, name, or text, please leave your request in the Comment field during checkout.

In many cases, we can complete laser engraving directly at the warehouse and ship the order on the same day, so this usually does not affect the dispatch time. If embossing with a metal die is required, the work is completed in our workshop in Ukraine, so delivery usually takes about 9 days instead of 1–3 days for orders shipped from our warehouse in the USA.

If the personalization includes the customer’s logo, our designer first prepares a digital mockup for approval. For wholesale and corporate orders, we also produce the first item from the batch as a sample, approve it separately, and only after the second approval do we proceed with the full production run.

If the order is shipped from Ukraine, we independently pay all customs duties and mandatory charges regardless of the destination country, so the customer does not face additional costs or difficulties when receiving the parcel.
