Custom Leather Cigar Cases for Clubs & Membership Gifts

The Secret Brotherhood Collection was developed in 2024 from a real cigar club project.

The goal was not simply to create another leather cigar case in a different color. We wanted to develop a recognizable construction with its own carrying system, distinctive symbolic decoration and enough flexibility to be personalized for an individual, a club or an organization.

The final design was developed over approximately three months and through 13 prototypes, with the construction gradually refined until the shape, carrying system and interior organization worked together as one complete design.

Developed for a Cigar Club in 2024

The collection grew from a bulk project for a cigar club in Dubai. Feedback from the club became part of the development process and encouraged us to create something more distinctive than a conventional rectangular cigar organizer.

That project eventually became the foundation of the Secret Brotherhood Collection — a cigar case family with a recognizable silhouette, signature side handle and unusually broad personalization possibilities.

A Signature Handle Inspired by a Men's Leather Belt

One of the most recognizable details of the Secret Brotherhood Collection is its leather side carrying handle.

When developing the handle, we took inspiration from the construction and visual character of a classic men's leather belt. Leather, metal hardware and the method of attachment became part of the overall design rather than an accessory added afterward.

The handle makes it convenient to carry the cigar case by hand between a car, hotel, cigar lounge, private club, restaurant or event space while also giving the model a distinctive character.

Optional Shoulder Strap on Request

For customers who prefer another way to carry the case, we can also adapt the design with an optional shoulder strap on request.

This can be useful for travel, golf days, cigar events and other situations where carrying the case hands-free is more comfortable.

The strap can be designed to work with the same leather and hardware concept so that it remains visually connected to the original Secret Brotherhood construction.

Personalized Cigar Cases with Symbols & Character

Personalization in this collection goes far beyond adding initials to the front of a cigar case.

We use decorative symbols as part of the design itself, giving different versions of the collection their own character.

Among our current designs are:

• blue leather cigar cases with anchor motifs;
• black leather cigar cases with skull motifs;
• other color variations decorated with crown elements.

These combinations are part of the collection's visual language, but they are not fixed rules.

Choose Different Symbols for Any Leather Color

If you like a particular leather color but prefer a different decorative theme, we can change the combination.

An anchor does not have to be used only with blue leather, just as a crown or another symbol does not have to remain connected to one specific color.

Leather color and symbolic decoration can be selected independently to better match the owner, club identity, event theme or project concept.

Custom Crests, Emblems & Symbolic Artwork

For more individual projects, we can develop or apply custom symbolic decoration.

Depending on the artwork and construction, personalization can include:

The Secret Brotherhood Collection is not limited to one traditional cigar color palette.

A Functional Cigar Accessory Organizer

The expressive exterior does not replace functionality.

Secret Brotherhood models are designed as complete cigar accessory organizers, with interior areas that can accommodate cigars together with accessories such as a cutter, lighter and other small items.

Depending on the version, the interior can include a large cigar compartment, multiple accessory pockets and central leather loops.

The zip-around construction provides wide access to the interior, while newer versions can also feature two zipper pulls for more convenient opening.

Handcrafted Leather Construction

Construction is an important part of the character of the Secret Brotherhood Collection.

Structural leather sections are hand stitched with saddle stitching where appropriate, while metal hardware is used in the carrying system, zipper components and other functional areas.

On this collection in particular, hardware is not hidden from the design. It helps create the recognizable appearance of the handle and the overall character of the cigar case.

Personalized Cigar Cases for Individual Orders

Although Secret Brotherhood works especially well for clubs and corporate projects, a bulk order is not required.

An individual customer can also create a personalized cigar case by selecting the leather color, symbolic theme and personalization.

Depending on the project, this may include:

• initials;
• name;
• monogram;
• custom crest;
• personal emblem;
• approved artwork.

The result can be a cigar case designed around the identity of one person rather than an organization.

From One Cigar Case to a Complete Club Collection

Secret Brotherhood becomes particularly interesting when one design concept is extended across an entire group.

A project might combine:

one club crest + one approved leather color + individual initials for every member.

Or:

several leather colors + one shared emblem + different individual personalization.

A separate version can also be developed for a specific anniversary, event, tournament or limited membership program.

For repeat business orders, approved artwork, dimensions, personalization details and other production specifications can be kept as a reference to make future reorders easier and more consistent.

Developed Through 13 Prototypes

The final Secret Brotherhood construction did not appear on the first attempt.

During development in 2024, we worked through 13 prototypes over approximately three months, refining the design step by step.

The result was not simply another color variation of an existing cigar case. The collection received its own carrying concept, recognizable handle, interior organization and approach to symbolic personalization.

A Cigar Case with Its Own Identity

Here, the central themes are identity, symbolism, club culture, personalization and recognizable design.

A cigar case can represent one person.
