We use a similar leather binder to store the documents of our own LLC. It is a straightforward way to keep important company paperwork together instead of spreading it across folders and drawers.

For a U.S. LLC, the binder can hold copies of Articles of Organization, an Operating Agreement, company resolutions, registration records, and other documents you want to keep accessible. Add new pages as the business grows or reorganize older records without replacing the cover.

Vintage Brown Waxed Leather with a Strong Pull-Up Effect

The defining feature of this version is the heavily waxed Vintage Brown leather. Bending or rubbing the surface shifts the wax and brings out lighter areas, giving the cover its distinctive worn-in look.

These marks are part of the finish, not damage. Over time, handling redistributes and polishes the wax, so the appearance keeps changing. Gentle warmth can sometimes soften visible marks, but no special treatment is needed to enjoy the leather's natural character.

Rounded corners complement the vintage finish and distinguish this binder from our straighter-edged leather folders.

Genuine Suede Interior and Structured Construction

The outside is genuine waxed leather; the inside is lined with dark brown genuine suede leather. A 1 mm cardboard reinforcement between the layers helps the cover hold its shape.

Unlike our softer padded binder, this model has no additional soft filling. This keeps the construction more direct and lets the distinctive surface of the outer leather stand out.

A4 and US Letter Size with Custom Ring Options

The binder measures 22.4 x 12.4 in (570 x 316 mm) when fully opened. It is sized for A4 and US Letter (8.5 x 11 in) documents using appropriately punched pages or compatible sheet protectors.

The cover has extra room so compatible plastic sleeves can sit inside without extending past the edges.

The photographs show a 25 mm (0.98 in) three-ring mechanism. For custom orders, we can discuss smaller or larger rings, D-ring mechanisms, and alternative folder dimensions to suit your documents.

Personalization and Custom Business Orders

The Vintage Brown cover can be left plain or personalized with initials, a name, a company name, or a short inscription. We can also discuss different embossing placements, leather colors, and authorized company logos.

As genuine leather is a natural material, slight variations in color and texture may occur, depending on the leather type and finish.

Any personalization shown in the photos in our listings, including logos, names, initials, or text, is provided for demonstration purposes only. By default, we sell our products without personalization. If you would like to add your own logo, name, or text, please leave your request in the Comment field during checkout.

In many cases, we can complete laser engraving directly at the warehouse and ship the order on the same day, so this usually does not affect the dispatch time. If embossing with a metal die is required, the work is completed in our workshop in Ukraine, so delivery usually takes about 9 days instead of 1–3 days for orders shipped from our warehouse in the USA.

If the personalization includes the customer’s logo, our designer first prepares a digital mockup for approval. For wholesale and corporate orders, we also produce the first item from the batch as a sample, approve it separately, and only after the second approval do we proceed with the full production run.

If the order is shipped from Ukraine, we independently pay all customs duties and mandatory charges regardless of the destination country, so the customer does not face additional costs or difficulties when receiving the parcel.
