This custom leather check presenter project was created for a new business client who wanted to evaluate the product before placing a larger order.

The client originally ordered one sample check presenter. Instead of sending only the requested sample, we decided to prepare several additional versions in different leather colors as a gift. This allows the client to compare the colors, leather appearance, and overall presentation in person before deciding which option works best for their venue.

The samples have already been shipped by express delivery. Once the client receives them, they will be able to choose the preferred color and interior configuration for a potential larger order.

This is also a good example of how we work with restaurants, bars, cafés, lounges, hotels, and other hospitality businesses. A client can begin with a single sample instead of committing immediately to a large quantity. After evaluating the material, construction, color, personalization, and functionality, the final configuration can be selected for the main order.

Custom Leather Check Presenters

These check presenters are made from leather and can be customized for different types of hospitality businesses.

Different Interior Configurations

Although the exterior construction can remain simple and minimal, the inside of the check presenter can be produced in several functional configurations.

A Custom Project by Mureli Workshop

This listing represents a real custom project completed by Mureli Workshop. The client initially requested one sample, and we prepared additional color samples so they could compare several options before selecting the final version for a possible larger order.

We use projects like this to show not only the finished product, but also the flexibility of our production process. A check presenter can be adapted in color, branding, interior organization, and quantity according to the needs of each business.

We use top-grain calf leather and carefully select it for each type of product. Where strength and structural stability are needed, we choose denser sections of the leather. Where elasticity, softness, and a more natural texture matter, we use more flexible parts of the material.

For example, we cut leather desk pads along the upper line of the hide, which is usually flatter and more even. Rolls, on the other hand, are cut along the lower line of the hide, which is more elastic and often has a more interesting natural texture. This approach allows us to combine aesthetics, functionality, and durability in the right way.

For corporate orders, we can also offer a wider range of calf leather depending on the requirements of a particular project and the needs of the brand.

Since leather is a natural material, each product has its own unique characteristics. The shade, texture, density, and surface character may vary slightly from what you see in the photos. This is part of the value of genuine leather — every изделие preserves the living character of the material and its natural uniqueness.

Any personalization shown in the photos in our listings, including logos, names, initials, or text, is provided for demonstration purposes only. In many cases, we can complete laser engraving directly at the warehouse and ship the order on the same day, so this usually does not affect the dispatch time. If embossing with a metal die is required, the work is completed in our workshop in Ukraine, so delivery usually takes about 9 days instead of 1–3 days for orders shipped from our warehouse in the USA.

If the personalization includes the customer’s logo, our designer first prepares a digital mockup for approval. For wholesale and corporate orders, we also produce the first item from the batch as a sample, approve it separately, and only after the second approval do we proceed with the full production run.

If the order is shipped from Ukraine, we independently pay all customs duties and mandatory charges regardless of the destination country, so the customer does not face additional costs or difficulties when receiving the parcel.
