This personalized organizer tray combines natural dark-finished oak wood with Forest Green leather. We designed it as a functional piece for a desk, nightstand, dresser, or home office — a place to keep glasses, earbuds, a pen, keys, a watch, jewelry, and other small everyday essentials.

The base and raised sides are made from natural oak wood. The interior features an insert made from genuine calfskin top-grain leather in Forest Green. The leather has a protective finish and has been lightly tumbled in drums, giving the surface a distinctive natural texture and a subtle 3D effect. The deep green color pairs beautifully with the dark oak and gives this version a more restrained, classic appearance.

The tray measures approximately 25 × 18 × 2.5 cm (9.8 × 7 × 1 in). It is compact enough for a nightstand or desk while still providing enough interior space for several everyday accessories.

One of the main features of this model is the option for custom engraving. The leather surface can be personalized with a name, initials, date, short message, wish, logo, or your own design. We have created three main personalization areas:

• Location #1 — upper area
• Location #2 — center
• Location #3 — bottom right corner

You can also choose to use multiple engraving locations at the same time. Seven font options are available for text engraving, or you can send us your own artwork or logo.

We paid special attention to the underside of the tray. Instead of using ordinary adhesive feet, we specifically mill recessed grooves into the oak base, where the leather feet are fitted. They extend slightly beyond the wood and help compensate for small surface irregularities and natural micro-movements of the wood. As a result, the tray sits down softly, resists sliding, and prevents the wooden base from resting directly against the surface of a desk, dresser, or nightstand. Natural leather also provides good grip on smooth surfaces.

This model can be ordered without personalization or made completely custom. It works well as a personal valet tray, desktop catchall organizer, nightstand organizer, home office accessory, or as a gift for a husband, father, executive, colleague, or another special man for a birthday, anniversary, Christmas, or another meaningful occasion.

Each piece is made from natural wood and genuine leather, so the shade, texture, oak grain, and character of the leather surface may vary slightly from the photographs. These natural variations are part of what makes every tray unique.

We use top-grain calf leather and carefully select it for each type of product. Where strength and structural stability are needed, we choose denser sections of the leather. Where elasticity, softness, and a more natural texture matter, we use more flexible parts of the material.

For example, we cut leather desk pads along the upper line of the hide, which is usually flatter and more even. Rolls, on the other hand, are cut along the lower line of the hide, which is more elastic and often has a more interesting natural texture. This approach allows us to combine aesthetics, functionality, and durability in the right way.

For corporate orders, we can also offer a wider range of calf leather depending on the requirements of a particular project and the needs of the brand.

Since leather is a natural material, each product has its own unique characteristics. The shade, texture, density, and surface character may vary slightly from what you see in the photos. This is part of the value of genuine leather — every изделие preserves the living character of the material and its natural uniqueness.

Any personalization shown in the photos in our listings, including logos, names, initials, or text, is provided for demonstration purposes only. In many cases, we can complete laser engraving directly at the warehouse and ship the order on the same day, so this usually does not affect the dispatch time. If embossing with a metal die is required, the work is completed in our workshop in Ukraine, so delivery usually takes about 9 days instead of 1–3 days for orders shipped from our warehouse in the USA.

If the personalization includes the customer’s logo, our designer first prepares a digital mockup for approval. For wholesale and corporate orders, we also produce the first item from the batch as a sample, approve it separately, and only after the second approval do we proceed with the full production run.

If the order is shipped from Ukraine, we independently pay all customs duties and mandatory charges regardless of the destination country, so the customer does not face additional costs or difficulties when receiving the parcel.
