Personalized Leather Artist Organizer with Starter Drawing Set

This multifunctional leather artist organizer was handcrafted by Mureli Workshop as part of a completed custom order.

The organizer shown in the photographs features custom artwork embossed on the exterior and a personalized name inside. For your order, we can add your own name, initials, monogram, logo, illustration, or another approved custom design.

The organizer is supplied with a convenient starter set, including:

• one A5 sketchbook;
• 12 colored pencils.

This allows the organizer to be used immediately after delivery or presented as a complete personalized gift for an artist, illustrator, student, or creative professional.

Designed for A5 and 8.5 × 5.5 Inch Sketchbooks

The central holder is designed for:

• A5 sketchbooks and notebooks;
• 8.5 × 5.5 inch sketchbooks.

The sketchbook slides into the central leather holder and remains securely positioned while the organizer is open.

The organizer can be used for drawing, sketching, journaling, illustration, creative planning, or carrying art supplies while traveling.

Organizer Dimensions

The approximate dimensions of the organizer when fully opened are:

• overall width: 32.2 inches — 820 mm;
• overall height: 9 inches — 230 mm.

The central sketchbook holder measures approximately:

• 6.2 inches wide — 160 mm;
• 8.3 inches high — 212 mm.

It is designed to hold an A5 sketchbook or a sketchbook measuring approximately 8.5 × 5.5 inches.

Additional measured elements include:

• removable accessory case: approximately 2.7 inches — 70 mm wide;
• zipper opening: approximately 4.7 inches — 120 mm long.

All measurements are approximate because every organizer is individually handcrafted.

Storage for Pencils and Drawing Tools

The interior includes elastic loops for organizing pencils, pens, markers, brushes, and other slim drawing tools.

The organizer shown in the photographs holds the included set of 12 colored pencils while still providing additional storage space for other creative supplies.

The elastic loops keep individual tools separated, visible, and easy to access.

Small Removable Pencil Case

A compact removable pencil case is included with the organizer.

It can be used for:

• an eraser and sharpener;
• small pencils or drawing tools;
• clips and accessories;
• other small creative supplies.

The pencil case attaches to the organizer with metal hardware and can be removed when needed.

Large Zippered Compartment

The organizer includes a spacious leather compartment with a metal zipper.

Heavily Waxed Crazy Horse Leather

The organizer is made from genuine heavily waxed Crazy Horse leather.

This leather has a rich vintage appearance and reacts visibly to bending, pressure, and everyday use. The waxed surface naturally shows:

• lighter marks and scuffs;
• natural scratches and rubbed areas;
• darker and lighter color variations;
• marks where the leather bends or folds;
• a distinctive patina that develops over time.

The final photograph intentionally shows the natural scuffs, scratches, and tonal variations on the back of the organizer.

These marks are expected characteristics of heavily waxed Crazy Horse leather and should not be considered defects. They give each organizer an individual, aged, and expressive appearance.

Suede Interior Details

Selected interior panels and protective flaps are finished with soft brown suede.

The suede helps protect the stored art supplies and creates a warm contrast with the smooth waxed leather sections.

Leather Wrap Closure and Carrying Strap

The organizer closes with a long leather wrap strap.

The strap wraps around the folded organizer to keep it compact and secure without the need for a rigid buckle or magnetic closure.

The same strap can also be used as a carrying handle when the organizer is unfolded.

Custom Personalization

The organizer can be personalized with:

What Is Included

Any additional pencils, art tools, accessories, or personal items shown in the photographs are used for demonstration only and are not included.

The organizer will be produced with the personalization approved specifically for your order.

We use top-grain calf leather and carefully select it for each type of product. Where strength and structural stability are needed, we choose denser sections of the leather. Where elasticity, softness, and a more natural texture matter, we use more flexible parts of the material.

For example, we cut leather desk pads along the upper line of the hide, which is usually flatter and more even. Rolls, on the other hand, are cut along the lower line of the hide, which is more elastic and often has a more interesting natural texture. This approach allows us to combine aesthetics, functionality, and durability in the right way.

For corporate orders, we can also offer a wider range of calf leather depending on the requirements of a particular project and the needs of the brand.

Since leather is a natural material, each product has its own unique characteristics. The shade, texture, density, and surface character may vary slightly from what you see in the photos. This is part of the value of genuine leather — every изделие preserves the living character of the material and its natural uniqueness.

Any personalization shown in the photos in our listings, including logos, names, initials, or text, is provided for demonstration purposes only. By default, we sell our products without personalization. If you would like to add your own logo, name, or text, please leave your request in the Comment field during checkout.

In many cases, we can complete laser engraving directly at the warehouse and ship the order on the same day, so this usually does not affect the dispatch time. If embossing with a metal die is required, the work is completed in our workshop in Ukraine, so delivery usually takes about 9 days instead of 1–3 days for orders shipped from our warehouse in the USA.

If the personalization includes the customer’s logo, our designer first prepares a digital mockup for approval. For wholesale and corporate orders, we also produce the first item from the batch as a sample, approve it separately, and only after the second approval do we proceed with the full production run.

If the order is shipped from Ukraine, we independently pay all customs duties and mandatory charges regardless of the destination country, so the customer does not face additional costs or difficulties when receiving the parcel.
