Personalized Green Leather Binder with Two Cover Fit Options

This green leather 3-ring binder was created by Mureli Workshop as a personalized project for Kerry and Peter in Heidelberg, Germany.

The front cover was customized with their names, location, and the date June 29, 2026. The subtle dark personalization complements the deep green leather and creates a refined design that can be used for personal documents, important records, event materials, photographs, or keepsake pages.

This completed project is now part of the Mureli Workshop portfolio and demonstrates one of the practical choices available for our A4 and Letter Size binders: a standard cover fit or a larger cover fit with additional space for plastic sheet protectors.

Two Cover Fit Options

The binder can be ordered in two configurations depending on how the pages will be stored.

Standard Fit

The standard version is designed for regular A4 or 8.5 × 11 inch paper without plastic page protectors.

Larger Fit for Plastic Sheet Protectors

The larger version includes additional space around the pages so plastic sheet protectors remain fully inside the leather cover and do not extend beyond its edges.

The paper format remains the same in both versions. The difference is the amount of space provided around the pages and the size of the ring mechanism.

Before production, please choose whether you plan to use regular paper or plastic sheet protectors. This allows us to make the binder with the most suitable proportions.

Green Leather Cover

The exterior is made from genuine green leather with natural tonal variation and a smooth, waxed appearance.

Each leather hide may show slight differences in color, lighter bend marks, natural surface variations, or small markings. These characteristics are normal for genuine leather and make every finished binder slightly different.

What Is Included

The listing includes one personalized leather 3-ring binder in the selected cover fit.

Paper, plastic sheet protectors, documents, and other materials shown in the photographs for demonstration are not included.

We use top-grain calf leather and carefully select it for each type of product. Where strength and structural stability are needed, we choose denser sections of the leather. Where elasticity, softness, and a more natural texture matter, we use more flexible parts of the material.

For example, we cut leather desk pads along the upper line of the hide, which is usually flatter and more even. Rolls, on the other hand, are cut along the lower line of the hide, which is more elastic and often has a more interesting natural texture. This approach allows us to combine aesthetics, functionality, and durability in the right way.

For corporate orders, we can also offer a wider range of calf leather depending on the requirements of a particular project and the needs of the brand.

Since leather is a natural material, each product has its own unique characteristics. The shade, texture, density, and surface character may vary slightly from what you see in the photos. This is part of the value of genuine leather — every изделие preserves the living character of the material and its natural uniqueness.

Any personalization shown in the photos in our listings, including logos, names, initials, or text, is provided for demonstration purposes only. By default, we sell our products without personalization. If you would like to add your own logo, name, or text, please leave your request in the Comment field during checkout.

In many cases, we can complete laser engraving directly at the warehouse and ship the order on the same day, so this usually does not affect the dispatch time. If embossing with a metal die is required, the work is completed in our workshop in Ukraine, so delivery usually takes about 9 days instead of 1–3 days for orders shipped from our warehouse in the USA.

If the personalization includes the customer’s logo, our designer first prepares a digital mockup for approval. For wholesale and corporate orders, we also produce the first item from the batch as a sample, approve it separately, and only after the second approval do we proceed with the full production run.

If the order is shipped from Ukraine, we independently pay all customs duties and mandatory charges regardless of the destination country, so the customer does not face additional costs or difficulties when receiving the parcel.
