For wholesale orders of 10 or more pieces, the notebook can be produced in another leather color from our available leather palette. Logo placement, leather color, thread color, personalization method, and packaging can be coordinated for your project.

For larger orders, we can also prepare a production sample or digital logo preview before completing the full batch.

Leather and Color

The notebook shown in the main photographs is made in dark brown leather. Natural variations in tone, texture, and markings are part of the character of leather and make every piece individual.

Alternative leather colors are available for wholesale orders starting from 10 pieces. Color availability may vary depending on the required quantity and production schedule.

Production and Shipping

Products available from our US stock can be personalized with laser engraving and prepared quickly. Premium blind embossing or foil embossing is completed as a custom production order and requires additional lead time.

Please provide your deadline, quantity, preferred leather color, and logo file so we can recommend the most suitable production option.

We use top-grain calf leather and carefully select it for each type of product. Where strength and structural stability are needed, we choose denser sections of the leather. Where elasticity, softness, and a more natural texture matter, we use more flexible parts of the material.

For example, we cut leather desk pads along the upper line of the hide, which is usually flatter and more even. Rolls, on the other hand, are cut along the lower line of the hide, which is more elastic and often has a more interesting natural texture. This approach allows us to combine aesthetics, functionality, and durability in the right way.

For corporate orders, we can also offer a wider range of calf leather depending on the requirements of a particular project and the needs of the brand.

Since leather is a natural material, each product has its own unique characteristics. The shade, texture, density, and surface character may vary slightly from what you see in the photos. This is part of the value of genuine leather — every изделие preserves the living character of the material and its natural uniqueness.

Any personalization shown in the photos in our listings, including logos, names, initials, or text, is provided for demonstration purposes only. By default, we sell our products without personalization. If you would like to add your own logo, name, or text, please leave your request in the Comment field during checkout.

In many cases, we can complete laser engraving directly at the warehouse and ship the order on the same day, so this usually does not affect the dispatch time. If embossing with a metal die is required, the work is completed in our workshop in Ukraine, so delivery usually takes about 9 days instead of 1–3 days for orders shipped from our warehouse in the USA.

If the personalization includes the customer’s logo, our designer first prepares a digital mockup for approval. For wholesale and corporate orders, we also produce the first item from the batch as a sample, approve it separately, and only after the second approval do we proceed with the full production run.

If the order is shipped from Ukraine, we independently pay all customs duties and mandatory charges regardless of the destination country, so the customer does not face additional costs or difficulties when receiving the parcel.
