This personalized leather portfolio was created by Mureli Workshop as a custom order for a client. For this project, the client selected Copper leather, and we personalized the front of the portfolio with the owner’s name.

The portfolio is designed as a complete working organizer for meetings, negotiations, office work, and everyday professional use. Inside, there is a dedicated space for a Legal Pad measuring 8.5 × 11.75", along with a practical system of pockets for documents, cards, a tablet, and other everyday essentials.

Legal Pad Holder

The right side features a dedicated holder for a Legal Pad measuring 8.5 × 11.75". The notepad slides easily into the upper pocket and stays securely in place while you work.

Functional Interior

The left side of the portfolio includes several functional storage areas:

• A large pocket for a tablet, documents, or papers
• A hidden interior pocket for additional documents
• Separate small pockets for business cards or credit cards
• A central pen holder

This layout allows you to keep your Legal Pad, documents, notes, cards, tablet, and pen together in one organized portfolio without the need for additional folders or organizers.

Leather Strap Closure

The portfolio closes with a leather strap and metal stud. This construction gives the portfolio a distinctive professional appearance while also helping keep it securely closed during transport.

Personalization

For this custom order, the client selected name personalization. The name was placed in the lower area of the front cover, creating a subtle and refined personalized detail without overwhelming the overall design.

We use top-grain calf leather and carefully select it for each type of product. Where strength and structural stability are needed, we choose denser sections of the leather. Where elasticity, softness, and a more natural texture matter, we use more flexible parts of the material.

For example, we cut leather desk pads along the upper line of the hide, which is usually flatter and more even. Rolls, on the other hand, are cut along the lower line of the hide, which is more elastic and often has a more interesting natural texture. This approach allows us to combine aesthetics, functionality, and durability in the right way.

For corporate orders, we can also offer a wider range of calf leather depending on the requirements of a particular project and the needs of the brand.

Since leather is a natural material, each product has its own unique characteristics. The shade, texture, density, and surface character may vary slightly from what you see in the photos. This is part of the value of genuine leather — every изделие preserves the living character of the material and its natural uniqueness.

Any personalization shown in the photos in our listings, including logos, names, initials, or text, is provided for demonstration purposes only. By default, we sell our products without personalization. If you would like to add your own logo, name, or text, please leave your request in the Comment field during checkout.

In many cases, we can complete laser engraving directly at the warehouse and ship the order on the same day, so this usually does not affect the dispatch time. If embossing with a metal die is required, the work is completed in our workshop in Ukraine, so delivery usually takes about 9 days instead of 1–3 days for orders shipped from our warehouse in the USA.

If the personalization includes the customer’s logo, our designer first prepares a digital mockup for approval. For wholesale and corporate orders, we also produce the first item from the batch as a sample, approve it separately, and only after the second approval do we proceed with the full production run.

If the order is shipped from Ukraine, we independently pay all customs duties and mandatory charges regardless of the destination country, so the customer does not face additional costs or difficulties when receiving the parcel.
