Standard Fit for A4 & 8.5 × 11 Restaurant Menus

This construction uses a Standard Fit with a clean, minimal leather margin around the page. It is made for A4 or 8.5 × 11 in menu sheets attached directly to the 3-ring mechanism.

Open size: approximately 19.6 × 12.4 in / 500 × 316 mm.
Ring diameter: approximately 0.78 in / 20 mm.

Plastic page protectors are not recommended for this format because they add extra width and height around the sheet. If you need a binder for plastic sleeves, a larger construction should be selected.

Laminated Menu Pages — Our Recommended Option

For everyday restaurant use, we recommend laminated menu pages. Lamination helps protect printed menus from moisture, stains, frequent handling and edge wear, while making the pages easier to wipe clean.

For a more refined appearance, matte lamination is often a good choice because it reduces glare under restaurant lighting. The finished pages can then be punched and mounted directly on the rings.

Heavy Paper as an Alternative

Restaurants that prefer a more natural paper feel can use thick premium paper or cardstock without lamination. This can work well for wine lists, seasonal menus or concepts where pages are replaced more frequently.

For intensive daily service, however, laminated sheets are generally the more practical and durable option.

Easy Menu Updates

A 3-ring menu binder makes it easy to replace only the pages that change. Seasonal menus, wine lists, cocktail selections or updated prices can be reprinted and inserted without replacing the leather cover.

Custom Restaurant Logo & Leather Colors

The binder can be personalized with a restaurant logo, venue name, monogram or approved artwork. Depending on the leather and project, branding may include blind embossing, hot stamping or another suitable method. A digital proof can be prepared before production to confirm logo size and placement.

Chestnut Tan is the default color for this listing, but customers can choose another available leather color from the options shown.

Wholesale & Individual Orders

The price displayed on this listing is the wholesale price. For individual orders, an additional invoice will be issued for $50 per binder plus a one-time $24 custom logo die fee when a metal die is required for personalization.

For wholesale, restaurant group and other business orders, branding and production terms are confirmed according to the quantity and project requirements.

We use top-grain calf leather and carefully select it for each type of product. Where strength and structural stability are needed, we choose denser sections of the leather. Where elasticity, softness, and a more natural texture matter, we use more flexible parts of the material.

For example, we cut leather desk pads along the upper line of the hide, which is usually flatter and more even. Rolls, on the other hand, are cut along the lower line of the hide, which is more elastic and often has a more interesting natural texture. This approach allows us to combine aesthetics, functionality, and durability in the right way.

For corporate orders, we can also offer a wider range of calf leather depending on the requirements of a particular project and the needs of the brand.

Since leather is a natural material, each product has its own unique characteristics. The shade, texture, density, and surface character may vary slightly from what you see in the photos. This is part of the value of genuine leather — every изделие preserves the living character of the material and its natural uniqueness.

Any personalization shown in the photos in our listings, including logos, names, initials, or text, is provided for demonstration purposes only. By default, we sell our products without personalization. If you would like to add your own logo, name, or text, please leave your request in the Comment field during checkout.

In many cases, we can complete laser engraving directly at the warehouse and ship the order on the same day, so this usually does not affect the dispatch time. If embossing with a metal die is required, the work is completed in our workshop in Ukraine, so delivery usually takes about 9 days instead of 1–3 days for orders shipped from our warehouse in the USA.

If the personalization includes the customer’s logo, our designer first prepares a digital mockup for approval. For wholesale and corporate orders, we also produce the first item from the batch as a sample, approve it separately, and only after the second approval do we proceed with the full production run.

If the order is shipped from Ukraine, we independently pay all customs duties and mandatory charges regardless of the destination country, so the customer does not face additional costs or difficulties when receiving the parcel.
