Personalized Leather Cigar Organizer for Club Evenings & Private Events

This model is an upgraded version of our Casual Cigar Case from the Basic Collection.

We kept the original concept — a dedicated cigar section, removable oak tray, accessory pockets, and a compact case format — but refined the details that make the organizer more comfortable, finished, and representative.

In this version, all main interior flaps are fully backed with suede, stronger magnetic closures are used, and the main zipper now has two zipper pulls instead of one.

A separate phone pocket is also placed on the back, and for the real client project shown in the photographs, we added custom embossing to the front panel.

This is not a minimalist hiking case. It is a complete leather cigar organizer designed for cigar clubs, lounges, private events, tastings, dinners, poker nights, car travel, and relaxed social occasions.

Designed for the Moment, Not Just for Storage

Although the photographs show a classic dark brown color, this particular case was made for a woman.

For this reason, we do not position the construction as exclusively masculine. The sculpted flaps, softer pocket lines, and personalized embossing make it possible to adapt the case to very different personal styles.

Compartment for Up to 4 Cigars

One side of the case is designed to hold up to 4 cigars.

Inside is a removable oak tray with individual sections that helps keep the cigars organized and separated from one another.

The cigar compartment closes with a large sculpted magnetic flap.

Removable Oak Cigar Tray

The oak tray can be completely removed from the case.

This is useful in several situations:

• when you want more structured cigar organization;
• when the tray needs to be cleaned;
• when you want more free interior space;
• when you want to reduce the weight of the case;
• when the organizer is used in another configuration.

The case itself has a substantial construction and noticeable weight, especially when used with the oak tray and accessories.

For long hiking or backpacking trips, we would recommend a lighter model.

This version is better suited for clubs, events, hotels, car travel, and other situations where organization and presentation are more important than minimum weight.

Fully Suede-Backed Interior Flaps

One of the main differences in this upgraded version is the interior finish of the flaps.

In the previous construction, suede was used only partially. In this version, the main flaps are fully backed with suede.

This makes the interior:

• more visually finished;
• softer to the touch;
• more pleasant for everyday use;
• more cohesive in appearance.

The dark suede creates a rich contrast with the brown leather and highlights the sculpted geometry of the pockets.

Stronger Magnetic Closures

For this upgraded version, we used stronger magnetic closures.

They are integrated into the functional flaps and allow quick access to the compartments without straps, buckles, or complicated fasteners.

At the same time, the flaps remain securely positioned during normal use.

Sculpted Accessory Pockets

The left side of the organizer includes several separate pockets and flaps for accessories.

The shape of these components is one of the visual characteristics of this model.

Instead of simple rectangular pockets, the interior uses more sculpted and softer lines that give the organizer a distinctive character.

The pockets can be used for appropriately sized accessories such as:

• cutter;
• lighter;
• small tools;
• cards;
• personal small items;
• other compact accessories.

The owner can configure the contents according to their own preferred cigar setup.

Separate Phone Pocket

A large open pocket for a phone is positioned on the back of the case.

This is one of the most practical features of this upgraded version.

The phone can be kept separate from the interior accessories and accessed quickly without opening the entire case.

The pocket may also be used for other flat items of a suitable size.

Actual compatibility depends on the dimensions of the individual phone and protective case.

Two Main Zipper Pulls

Another upgrade compared with the original model is the addition of two zipper pulls on the main zipper.

They allow you to:

• open the case from either direction;
• leave the zipper pulls in the most convenient position;
• access the required section of the organizer more easily.

For a case with several interior zones, this configuration is more practical than a single zipper pull.

Removable Wrist Strap

The case includes a removable leather wrist strap.

It attaches with metal hardware and can be detached when it is not needed.

The strap is especially useful when carrying the case:

• from the car to a club;
• around a hotel;
• at a private event;
• between lounge areas;
• during a short walk in the city.

The case can also be used without the strap.

Classic Brown Leather — Not Only for Men

The dark brown tone shown in the photographs has a classic cigar-inspired character.

However, this real project was created for a woman, which demonstrates the versatility of the design.

Color alone does not define who the case is for.

The shape of the pockets, personalization style, wording, initials, or a different leather color can completely change the character of the finished piece.

This construction can be produced in other leather colors upon request.

Custom Embossing

For the real client project shown in the photographs, the customer requested custom embossing on the front of the case.

For a new order, we can add:

• name;

• monogram;
• short text;
• cigar club name;
• event name;
• company logo;
• custom design after approval.

The case can also be ordered without personalization.

Compared with the previous version of this model, we implemented:

This case is also a good example of how one construction can be adapted to a specific person.

Although dark brown is often used in traditionally masculine accessories, this order was created for a woman, and the custom embossing made the finished piece completely personal.

What Is Included

Cigars, phone, and other accessories shown in the photographs are used only to demonstrate functionality and are not included.

We use top-grain calf leather and carefully select it for each type of product. Where strength and structural stability are needed, we choose denser sections of the leather. Where elasticity, softness, and a more natural texture matter, we use more flexible parts of the material.

For example, we cut leather desk pads along the upper line of the hide, which is usually flatter and more even. Rolls, on the other hand, are cut along the lower line of the hide, which is more elastic and often has a more interesting natural texture. This approach allows us to combine aesthetics, functionality, and durability in the right way.

For corporate orders, we can also offer a wider range of calf leather depending on the requirements of a particular project and the needs of the brand.

Since leather is a natural material, each product has its own unique characteristics. The shade, texture, density, and surface character may vary slightly from what you see in the photos. This is part of the value of genuine leather — every изделие preserves the living character of the material and its natural uniqueness.

Any personalization shown in the photos in our listings, including logos, names, initials, or text, is provided for demonstration purposes only. In many cases, we can complete laser engraving directly at the warehouse and ship the order on the same day, so this usually does not affect the dispatch time. If embossing with a metal die is required, the work is completed in our workshop in Ukraine, so delivery usually takes about 9 days instead of 1–3 days for orders shipped from our warehouse in the USA.

If the personalization includes the customer’s logo, our designer first prepares a digital mockup for approval. For wholesale and corporate orders, we also produce the first item from the batch as a sample, approve it separately, and only after the second approval do we proceed with the full production run.

If the order is shipped from Ukraine, we independently pay all customs duties and mandatory charges regardless of the destination country, so the customer does not face additional costs or difficulties when receiving the parcel.
