Standard Fit for A4 & 8.5 × 11 Restaurant Menus

This binder uses a Standard Fit with a clean leather margin around the page. It is intended for A4 or 8.5 × 11 in sheets attached directly to the 3-ring mechanism.

Open size: approximately 19.6 × 12.4 in / 500 × 315 mm.
Ring diameter: approximately 0.78 in / 20 mm.

This format is designed for pages used without plastic page protectors. Plastic sleeves add extra width and height around the sheet and therefore require a larger binder construction.

Laminated Menu Pages — Recommended for Daily Service

For everyday restaurant use, we recommend laminated menu pages. Lamination helps protect printed menus from moisture, stains, repeated handling and edge wear while making the pages easier to wipe clean.

Matte lamination is especially suitable for restaurants because it reduces glare under indoor lighting. Once laminated, the pages can be punched and mounted directly on the rings.

Thick premium paper or cardstock can also be used when a restaurant prefers a more natural paper feel, particularly for wine lists, seasonal menus or pages that are replaced frequently.

Easy Updates for Menus, Wine Lists & Specials

The 3-ring construction makes it easy to replace individual pages without replacing the leather binder itself. Seasonal dishes, wine lists, cocktail selections, specials and price changes can be updated whenever needed.

Classic Chocolate Brown Leather

Chocolate Brown is a deep, traditional leather color that pairs naturally with wood, warm lighting, dark interiors and classic hospitality design. It is especially suitable for restaurants that want a rich neutral tone without using black.

Because genuine leather is a natural material, slight differences in grain, shade and surface character are normal and make each finished binder slightly individual.

Custom Restaurant Logo

The binder can be personalized with a restaurant logo, venue name, monogram or approved artwork. Depending on the leather and project, branding may include blind embossing, hot stamping or another suitable personalization method.

A digital proof can be prepared before production so the logo size and placement can be reviewed in advance. For wholesale and corporate projects, the first finished item can also be approved before the remaining production run continues.

For individual orders, an additional invoice will be issued for $50 per binder plus a one-time $24 custom logo die fee when a metal die is required for personalization.

For wholesale, restaurant group and other business projects, branding and production terms are confirmed according to quantity and project requirements.

We use top-grain calf leather and carefully select it for each type of product. Where strength and structural stability are needed, we choose denser sections of the leather. Where elasticity, softness, and a more natural texture matter, we use more flexible parts of the material.

For example, we cut leather desk pads along the upper line of the hide, which is usually flatter and more even. Rolls, on the other hand, are cut along the lower line of the hide, which is more elastic and often has a more interesting natural texture. This approach allows us to combine aesthetics, functionality, and durability in the right way.

For corporate orders, we can also offer a wider range of calf leather depending on the requirements of a particular project and the needs of the brand.

Since leather is a natural material, each product has its own unique characteristics. The shade, texture, density, and surface character may vary slightly from what you see in the photos. This is part of the value of genuine leather — every изделие preserves the living character of the material and its natural uniqueness.

Any personalization shown in the photos in our listings, including logos, names, initials, or text, is provided for demonstration purposes only. By default, we sell our products without personalization. If you would like to add your own logo, name, or text, please leave your request in the Comment field during checkout.

In many cases, we can complete laser engraving directly at the warehouse and ship the order on the same day, so this usually does not affect the dispatch time. If embossing with a metal die is required, the work is completed in our workshop in Ukraine, so delivery usually takes about 9 days instead of 1–3 days for orders shipped from our warehouse in the USA.

If the personalization includes the customer’s logo, our designer first prepares a digital mockup for approval. For wholesale and corporate orders, we also produce the first item from the batch as a sample, approve it separately, and only after the second approval do we proceed with the full production run.

If the order is shipped from Ukraine, we independently pay all customs duties and mandatory charges regardless of the destination country, so the customer does not face additional costs or difficulties when receiving the parcel.
