Standard Fit for A4 & 8.5 × 11 Restaurant Menus

This binder uses a Standard Fit with a clean leather margin around the menu page. It is intended for A4 or 8.5 × 11 in sheets attached directly to the 3-ring mechanism.

Open size: approximately 19.6 × 12.4 in / 500 × 315 mm.
Ring diameter: approximately 0.78 in / 20 mm.

This format is designed for menu pages used without plastic page protectors. Plastic sleeves add extra width and height around the sheet and require a larger binder construction.

Laminated Menu Pages for Daily Service

For intensive restaurant use, we recommend laminated menu pages. Lamination helps protect printed menus from moisture, stains, frequent handling and edge wear while making the pages easier to wipe clean.

Matte lamination works especially well with black leather because it creates a restrained presentation and reduces reflections under restaurant lighting. The finished sheets can be punched and mounted directly onto the rings.

Thick premium paper or cardstock is another option for wine lists, tasting menus or seasonal pages when a more natural paper feel is preferred.

Easy Menu, Wine List & Price Updates

The 3-ring construction allows individual pages to be removed, reordered or replaced without changing the leather binder itself. Dinner menus, wine and cocktail lists, tasting menus, specials and prices can therefore be updated whenever necessary.

Black Leather for Classic & Fine Dining Interiors

Black is the most universal color in this series. It works with contemporary, formal and classic restaurant interiors and allows the restaurant's logo or menu design to remain the visual focus.

Black leather also gives restaurants flexibility when choosing branding. Blind embossing creates a subtle tone-on-tone result, while gold or silver foil can create a stronger contrast for a more formal presentation.

Custom Restaurant Logo

The binder can be personalized with a restaurant logo, venue name, monogram or approved artwork. Depending on the project, branding may include blind embossing, hot stamping, foil stamping or another suitable method.

A digital proof can be prepared before production so the logo size and placement can be reviewed in advance. For wholesale projects, the first finished binder can also be approved before the remaining production run continues.

Wholesale & Individual Orders

The price displayed on this listing is the wholesale price.

For individual orders, an additional invoice will be issued for $50 per binder plus a one-time $24 custom logo die fee when a metal die is required for personalization.

For wholesale, restaurant group and other business projects, branding and production terms are confirmed according to quantity and project requirements.

Printed menu pages and other display materials shown in product photography are for presentation unless specifically stated as included.

We use top-grain calf leather and carefully select it for each type of product. Where strength and structural stability are needed, we choose denser sections of the leather. Where elasticity, softness, and a more natural texture matter, we use more flexible parts of the material.

For example, we cut leather desk pads along the upper line of the hide, which is usually flatter and more even. Rolls, on the other hand, are cut along the lower line of the hide, which is more elastic and often has a more interesting natural texture. This approach allows us to combine aesthetics, functionality, and durability in the right way.

For corporate orders, we can also offer a wider range of calf leather depending on the requirements of a particular project and the needs of the brand.

Since leather is a natural material, each product has its own unique characteristics. The shade, texture, density, and surface character may vary slightly from what you see in the photos. This is part of the value of genuine leather — every изделие preserves the living character of the material and its natural uniqueness.

Any personalization shown in the photos in our listings, including logos, names, initials, or text, is provided for demonstration purposes only. By default, we sell our products without personalization. If you would like to add your own logo, name, or text, please leave your request in the Comment field during checkout.

In many cases, we can complete laser engraving directly at the warehouse and ship the order on the same day, so this usually does not affect the dispatch time. If embossing with a metal die is required, the work is completed in our workshop in Ukraine, so delivery usually takes about 9 days instead of 1–3 days for orders shipped from our warehouse in the USA.

If the personalization includes the customer’s logo, our designer first prepares a digital mockup for approval. For wholesale and corporate orders, we also produce the first item from the batch as a sample, approve it separately, and only after the second approval do we proceed with the full production run.

If the order is shipped from Ukraine, we independently pay all customs duties and mandatory charges regardless of the destination country, so the customer does not face additional costs or difficulties when receiving the parcel.
