This black leather cigar case was created as a compact and reliable travel case for cigars, with no unnecessary details. It protects cigars and essential accessories during travel, closes securely with a full zipper, and allows the interior configuration to be changed depending on what you want to carry.

The case is made from genuine black Floater leather with a distinctive pebbled texture. This leather works particularly well for travel accessories: it is practical, holds its shape well, and tends to make small signs of everyday use less noticeable than a completely smooth leather surface.

When open, the cigar case measures approximately 330 × 240 mm / 12.9 × 9.4 in.

Removable Oak Insert for 3 Cigars

One of the main features of this model is the removable solid oak insert, which we make in our own workshop.

It has three individual slots designed for cigars with a diameter of approximately up to 25 mm.

The oak insert keeps the cigars separated inside the case instead of allowing them to rest directly against one another. Once removed from the case, it can also be used as a small cigar tray.

This is especially convenient in a hotel, office, club, or while traveling when you want a dedicated place for several cigars.

More Capacity Without the Oak Insert

The oak insert is not permanently fixed and can be completely removed.

Once it is taken out, the right side of the cigar case becomes a more open storage compartment that can hold approximately 4–5 cigars up to 25 mm in diameter, depending on their shape and exact dimensions.

This allows the same case to be used in two different configurations:

• with the oak insert — for 3 individually separated cigars;
• without the insert — for more cigars and reduced overall weight.

The second configuration is especially useful for travel when keeping luggage lighter is more important than using the structured oak holder.

Weight

The cigar case weighs approximately 1.1 kg with the oak insert installed.

Removing the oak insert reduces the weight by approximately 350–400 g.

This means you can leave the oak insert at home when you want a lighter travel setup, or use the complete configuration when organized cigar storage is the priority.

Separate Storage for Accessories

The left side of the case includes two separate interior compartments, each measuring approximately:

132 × 100 mm / 5.1 × 3.9 in.

These compartments can be used for a cigar lighter, cutter, and other small accessories.

This design helps keep cigars separated from harder metal accessories instead of placing everything together in one compartment.

The entire case closes around the perimeter with a metal zipper, helping keep the contents contained while being carried.

Personalization

Textured black Floater leather works particularly well with contrasting foil embossing.

For this model, we recommend:

• Gold Foil — gold embossing
• Silver Foil — silver embossing
• Blind Embossing — embossing without colored foil

Gold or silver foil stands out more clearly against the textured black leather and makes the personalization more visible.

Blind embossing is also available for customers who prefer a more understated look without metallic color.

A name, initials, short text, or another personal design can be added.

Designed for Travel

For this model, we intentionally kept only the features that are genuinely useful: storage for cigars, separate accessory pockets, a secure zipper closure, and the ability to quickly change the interior configuration.

Please note: cigars, lighter, cutter, and other accessories shown in the photographs are used only to demonstrate the storage possibilities of the case and are not included.

We use top-grain calf leather and carefully select it for each type of product. Where strength and structural stability are needed, we choose denser sections of the leather. Where elasticity, softness, and a more natural texture matter, we use more flexible parts of the material.

For example, we cut leather desk pads along the upper line of the hide, which is usually flatter and more even. Rolls, on the other hand, are cut along the lower line of the hide, which is more elastic and often has a more interesting natural texture. This approach allows us to combine aesthetics, functionality, and durability in the right way.

For corporate orders, we can also offer a wider range of calf leather depending on the requirements of a particular project and the needs of the brand.

Since leather is a natural material, each product has its own unique characteristics. The shade, texture, density, and surface character may vary slightly from what you see in the photos. This is part of the value of genuine leather — every изделие preserves the living character of the material and its natural uniqueness.

Any personalization shown in the photos in our listings, including logos, names, initials, or text, is provided for demonstration purposes only. In many cases, we can complete laser engraving directly at the warehouse and ship the order on the same day, so this usually does not affect the dispatch time. If embossing with a metal die is required, the work is completed in our workshop in Ukraine, so delivery usually takes about 9 days instead of 1–3 days for orders shipped from our warehouse in the USA.

If the personalization includes the customer’s logo, our designer first prepares a digital mockup for approval. For wholesale and corporate orders, we also produce the first item from the batch as a sample, approve it separately, and only after the second approval do we proceed with the full production run.

If the order is shipped from Ukraine, we independently pay all customs duties and mandatory charges regardless of the destination country, so the customer does not face additional costs or difficulties when receiving the parcel.
