Refillable Leather Notebook for Everyday Business

Inside is a ring mechanism that allows pages to be removed, rearranged, added or replaced whenever needed.

The notebook can hold approximately up to 200 pages. By default, we include 100 pages, so it arrives ready to use while still leaving additional capacity when needed.

This makes it practical as a leather business notebook for meeting notes, project planning, client meetings, brainstorming, study or personal journaling. When one project is finished, the pages can be reorganized or replaced while the leather cover remains in use.

A5 & 8.5 × 5.5 in Format

The leather cover measures approximately 9 × 7 in / 230 × 180 mm.

It works with A5 and approximately 8.5 × 5.5 in refill pages, providing enough writing space for professional notes while remaining compact enough for a work bag, backpack or briefcase.

An elastic pen loop on the side keeps your preferred writing instrument close to the notebook.

Personalized with Name, Initials or Logo

The cover can be ordered plain or personalized with a name, initials, short text, date or approved logo.

Personalization can be placed in the bottom-right corner or closer to the center of the cover depending on the selected design.

For individual orders, this makes the notebook a thoughtful gift for a new job, promotion, graduation or another professional milestone. For companies, it can be produced as a custom logo notebook for employees, executives, clients, partners or event participants.

We use top-grain calf leather and carefully select it for each type of product. Where strength and structural stability are needed, we choose denser sections of the leather. Where elasticity, softness, and a more natural texture matter, we use more flexible parts of the material.

For example, we cut leather desk pads along the upper line of the hide, which is usually flatter and more even. Rolls, on the other hand, are cut along the lower line of the hide, which is more elastic and often has a more interesting natural texture. This approach allows us to combine aesthetics, functionality, and durability in the right way.

For corporate orders, we can also offer a wider range of calf leather depending on the requirements of a particular project and the needs of the brand.

Since leather is a natural material, each product has its own unique characteristics. The shade, texture, density, and surface character may vary slightly from what you see in the photos. This is part of the value of genuine leather — every изделие preserves the living character of the material and its natural uniqueness.

Any personalization shown in the photos in our listings, including logos, names, initials, or text, is provided for demonstration purposes only. By default, we sell our products without personalization. If you would like to add your own logo, name, or text, please leave your request in the Comment field during checkout.

In many cases, we can complete laser engraving directly at the warehouse and ship the order on the same day, so this usually does not affect the dispatch time. If embossing with a metal die is required, the work is completed in our workshop in Ukraine, so delivery usually takes about 9 days instead of 1–3 days for orders shipped from our warehouse in the USA.

If the personalization includes the customer’s logo, our designer first prepares a digital mockup for approval. For wholesale and corporate orders, we also produce the first item from the batch as a sample, approve it separately, and only after the second approval do we proceed with the full production run.

If the order is shipped from Ukraine, we independently pay all customs duties and mandatory charges regardless of the destination country, so the customer does not face additional costs or difficulties when receiving the parcel.
