The binder is made from rich chestnut brown leather and finished with gold personalization. A decorative monogram is placed on the front cover, while additional gold personalization is applied to the spine. This gives the binder a finished appearance not only when it is lying on a desk, but also when it is stored vertically on a bookshelf, where the personalized spine remains visible.

This format is especially well suited for creating a personal archive of memories. Inside, you can organize photographs, letters, children's drawings, family documents, certificates, handwritten notes, tickets, postcards, and other meaningful items connected with important moments and events.

A4 and 8.5 × 11 in Format

The binder is designed for A4 and 8.5 × 11 in documents.

The construction includes additional space for plastic page protectors, allowing them to remain fully inside the cover instead of extending beyond its edges.

Plastic page protectors can be used for more than paper documents. They are also a convenient way to organize photographs, printed memories, children's artwork, letters, and small flat keepsakes.

The binder is equipped with a 3-ring mechanism with 25 mm / 0.98 in rings. The removable-page format makes it easy to continue building the archive over time, rearrange pages, or create separate sections for different periods, people, events, or types of memories.

Gold Personalization

This allows you to choose between a clean leather binder without personalization or create a fully customized keepsake archive with your own monogram, artwork, text, and personalized spine.

We use top-grain calf leather and carefully select it for each type of product. Where strength and structural stability are needed, we choose denser sections of the leather. Where elasticity, softness, and a more natural texture matter, we use more flexible parts of the material.

For example, we cut leather desk pads along the upper line of the hide, which is usually flatter and more even. Rolls, on the other hand, are cut along the lower line of the hide, which is more elastic and often has a more interesting natural texture. This approach allows us to combine aesthetics, functionality, and durability in the right way.

For corporate orders, we can also offer a wider range of calf leather depending on the requirements of a particular project and the needs of the brand.

Since leather is a natural material, each product has its own unique characteristics. The shade, texture, density, and surface character may vary slightly from what you see in the photos. This is part of the value of genuine leather — every изделие preserves the living character of the material and its natural uniqueness.

Any personalization shown in the photos in our listings, including logos, names, initials, or text, is provided for demonstration purposes only. In many cases, we can complete laser engraving directly at the warehouse and ship the order on the same day, so this usually does not affect the dispatch time. If embossing with a metal die is required, the work is completed in our workshop in Ukraine, so delivery usually takes about 9 days instead of 1–3 days for orders shipped from our warehouse in the USA.

If the personalization includes the customer’s logo, our designer first prepares a digital mockup for approval. For wholesale and corporate orders, we also produce the first item from the batch as a sample, approve it separately, and only after the second approval do we proceed with the full production run.

If the order is shipped from Ukraine, we independently pay all customs duties and mandatory charges regardless of the destination country, so the customer does not face additional costs or difficulties when receiving the parcel.
