This leather check presenter was designed with a focus not only on appearance, but also on practicality for daily use in restaurants, bars, hotels, and other hospitality businesses.

A key feature of this model is its multilayer construction. The main panels of the check presenter are made from two bonded layers of genuine leather:

1.5 mm genuine suede on the inside + 1.5 mm genuine leather with a protective lacquer finish on the outside.

As a result, the main body of the check presenter is approximately 3 mm thick. It feels substantial in the hand, holds its shape well, and has a more solid construction than thin single-layer bill holders.

The interior pockets do not require the same thickness, so they are made from a single layer of genuine leather approximately 1.5 mm thick. This helps maintain a clean profile without making the check presenter unnecessarily bulky.

Another important advantage of this version is the protective lacquer finish on the exterior leather. Unlike waxed Crazy Horse leather, which naturally develops visible scuffs, scratches, and patina over time, this surface is less prone to showing signs of everyday handling. It offers better resistance to dirt and surface wear, which is especially practical for an item that is regularly handled by restaurant staff and guests.

The interior layout is designed for convenient guest payment service and includes a pocket for the bill or receipt, a separate bank card pocket, space for cash, and a pen holder.

The pocket configuration allows the check presenter to work with both US dollar and euro banknotes, making it suitable for restaurants in the United States, Europe, and international hospitality projects.

The exterior can be personalized with the logo of a restaurant, bar, hotel, private club, or other business. The photos show an example of a corporate order with a tone-on-tone blind embossed logo without foil. This type of branding remains clearly visible while maintaining a restrained and integrated appearance.

We use top-grain calf leather and carefully select it for each type of product. Where strength and structural stability are needed, we choose denser sections of the leather. Where elasticity, softness, and a more natural texture matter, we use more flexible parts of the material.

For example, we cut leather desk pads along the upper line of the hide, which is usually flatter and more even. Rolls, on the other hand, are cut along the lower line of the hide, which is more elastic and often has a more interesting natural texture. This approach allows us to combine aesthetics, functionality, and durability in the right way.

For corporate orders, we can also offer a wider range of calf leather depending on the requirements of a particular project and the needs of the brand.

Since leather is a natural material, each product has its own unique characteristics. The shade, texture, density, and surface character may vary slightly from what you see in the photos. In many cases, we can complete laser engraving directly at the warehouse and ship the order on the same day, so this usually does not affect the dispatch time. If embossing with a metal die is required, the work is completed in our workshop in Ukraine, so delivery usually takes about 9 days instead of 1–3 days for orders shipped from our warehouse in the USA.

If the personalization includes the customer’s logo, our designer first prepares a digital mockup for approval. For wholesale and corporate orders, we also produce the first item from the batch as a sample, approve it separately, and only after the second approval do we proceed with the full production run.

If the order is shipped from Ukraine, we independently pay all customs duties and mandatory charges regardless of the destination country, so the customer does not face additional costs or difficulties when receiving the parcel.
