This version is slightly larger than our standard format and is designed for customers who need more space around A4 or Letter-size pages. It works especially well for thicker page sets or documents stored in plastic sheet protectors.

The binder in the photos is shown with custom blind debossed text. For your order, we can add names, initials, a short title, company name, logo, date, or other approved wording. We will confirm the layout and placement before production.

This listing is for the larger-fit version of the binder. It is made for A4 or Letter-size paper and provides extra cover allowance around the pages. This construction is a practical choice when documents are stored in plastic sleeves or when a roomier cover is preferred.

Material

The exterior is made from genuine green leather with natural tonal variation and a smooth waxed finish. Because real leather is used, each piece may show slight differences in shade, markings, and texture. These details are part of the natural character of the material.

What is included

This listing includes one handmade leather binder. Papers, inserts, and other styling props shown in the photos are not included.

Please note

Each binder is made individually. Slight variations in leather tone and natural markings are normal and make every piece unique.

We use top-grain calf leather and carefully select it for each type of product. Where strength and structural stability are needed, we choose denser sections of the leather. Where elasticity, softness, and a more natural texture matter, we use more flexible parts of the material.

For example, we cut leather desk pads along the upper line of the hide, which is usually flatter and more even. Rolls, on the other hand, are cut along the lower line of the hide, which is more elastic and often has a more interesting natural texture. This approach allows us to combine aesthetics, functionality, and durability in the right way.

For corporate orders, we can also offer a wider range of calf leather depending on the requirements of a particular project and the needs of the brand.

Since leather is a natural material, each product has its own unique characteristics. The shade, texture, density, and surface character may vary slightly from what you see in the photos. This is part of the value of genuine leather — every изделие preserves the living character of the material and its natural uniqueness.

Any personalization shown in the photos in our listings, including logos, names, initials, or text, is provided for demonstration purposes only. By default, we sell our products without personalization. If you would like to add your own logo, name, or text, please leave your request in the Comment field during checkout.

In many cases, we can complete laser engraving directly at the warehouse and ship the order on the same day, so this usually does not affect the dispatch time. If embossing with a metal die is required, the work is completed in our workshop in Ukraine, so delivery usually takes about 9 days instead of 1–3 days for orders shipped from our warehouse in the USA.

If the personalization includes the customer’s logo, our designer first prepares a digital mockup for approval. For wholesale and corporate orders, we also produce the first item from the batch as a sample, approve it separately, and only after the second approval do we proceed with the full production run.

If the order is shipped from Ukraine, we independently pay all customs duties and mandatory charges regardless of the destination country, so the customer does not face additional costs or difficulties when receiving the parcel.
