This model opens a new Mureli category — Premium Floater Leather Check Presenters. It is a collection of premium restaurant check presenters that combine the practical qualities of floater leather with a soft suede interior.

The first sample in this collection was created for an Italian restaurant. For this project, we selected rich green floater leather, brown suede, and gold foil personalization on the front cover. This combination gives the check presenter a refined and premium appearance while remaining practical for everyday restaurant service.

Two-Layer Leather Construction

The exterior is made from 1.5 mm floater leather. The interior is finished with 1.5 mm suede. Together, the two leather layers create a total thickness of approximately 3 mm.

Floater leather has a distinctive textured surface and is especially suitable for professional hospitality use. Its grain helps make minor scuffs and everyday signs of use less noticeable, while the surface handles occasional contact with moisture and dirt well.

At the same time, the natural texture gives the check presenter a sophisticated premium appearance that works especially well in restaurants, hotels, bars, clubs, and other hospitality environments.

Soft Suede Interior

The entire interior is finished in soft brown suede. It creates an elegant contrast with the green exterior and gives the check presenter a more refined appearance and pleasant tactile feel when handled by staff and guests.

Designed for Cash and Card Payments

The interior layout includes a large compartment for banknotes and a separate pocket for a payment card.

In the product photos, we intentionally show the check presenter with both a €100 banknote and a US $100 banknote to demonstrate how the design works with different commonly used banknote formats.

This makes the model especially practical for restaurants, hotels, private clubs, and other hospitality businesses serving both local and international guests.

Stitched Construction

The edges are neatly finished with machine stitching around the perimeter. The stitching securely joins the two leather layers and helps create a clean, structured, and durable construction suitable for regular restaurant use.

Custom Foil Personalization

Another important feature of the Premium Floater Leather Check Presenters collection is personalization.

Because floater leather has a pronounced textured grain, we recommend foil stamping for logos and branding. Compared with simple blind embossing, foil creates a clearer and more visible result on this type of leather.

We use top-grain calf leather and carefully select it for each type of product. Where strength and structural stability are needed, we choose denser sections of the leather. Where elasticity, softness, and a more natural texture matter, we use more flexible parts of the material.

For example, we cut leather desk pads along the upper line of the hide, which is usually flatter and more even. Rolls, on the other hand, are cut along the lower line of the hide, which is more elastic and often has a more interesting natural texture. This approach allows us to combine aesthetics, functionality, and durability in the right way.

For corporate orders, we can also offer a wider range of calf leather depending on the requirements of a particular project and the needs of the brand.

Since leather is a natural material, each product has its own unique characteristics. The shade, texture, density, and surface character may vary slightly from what you see in the photos. This is part of the value of genuine leather — every изделие preserves the living character of the material and its natural uniqueness.

Any personalization shown in the photos in our listings, including logos, names, initials, or text, is provided for demonstration purposes only. In many cases, we can complete laser engraving directly at the warehouse and ship the order on the same day, so this usually does not affect the dispatch time. If embossing with a metal die is required, the work is completed in our workshop in Ukraine, so delivery usually takes about 9 days instead of 1–3 days for orders shipped from our warehouse in the USA.

If the personalization includes the customer’s logo, our designer first prepares a digital mockup for approval. For wholesale and corporate orders, we also produce the first item from the batch as a sample, approve it separately, and only after the second approval do we proceed with the full production run.

If the order is shipped from Ukraine, we independently pay all customs duties and mandatory charges regardless of the destination country, so the customer does not face additional costs or difficulties when receiving the parcel.
