Two Binder Fit Options

This model is available in two construction sizes depending on how you plan to use your documents.

Standard Fit

Standard Fit is designed for regular 8.5 × 11 in or A4 paper without plastic page protectors.

This version has a more compact construction with less extra space around the documents.

The Standard Fit configuration uses a 3-ring mechanism with rings approximately:

Larger Fit

Larger Fit provides additional space around the pages and is specifically designed for documents stored inside plastic page protectors.

The larger construction helps standard plastic sleeves remain within the outline of the leather cover instead of extending beyond its edges.

The Larger Fit configuration uses a 3-ring mechanism with rings approximately:

0.98 in / 25 mm

Both versions are suitable for 8.5 × 11 in and A4 documents.

This allows you to choose a more compact binder for regular paper or a larger binder for documents stored in plastic page protectors.

Gray Crazy Horse Leather

The exterior of the binder is made from genuine Gray Crazy Horse leather.

This leather has a characteristic matte, waxed surface with natural variations in tone. During use, lighter and darker areas may appear and gradually create an individual patina.

Gray works particularly well in modern corporate environments where a neutral and understated palette is preferred.

It is a suitable choice for:

Light Gray Suede Interior

The interior is finished in light gray suede.

The combination of darker Gray Crazy Horse leather on the exterior and the light suede interior creates a calm monochromatic appearance.

For this model, we intentionally kept the interior construction minimal, without unnecessary pockets or decorative elements, so the available space remains focused on documents.

3-Ring Mechanism

A metal 3-ring mechanism is installed in the center of the binder.

The rings can be opened to add, remove, or rearrange documents.

This format is especially practical for materials that need to be updated regularly, including:

Unlike a fixed document folder, a ring binder allows the contents to be changed while the leather cover continues to be used.

Machine-Stitched Construction

The dark thread is selected to closely match the exterior leather, keeping the seam clean and understated rather than making it a dominant visual element.

This gives the binder a restrained professional appearance suitable for corporate use.

Corporate Logo Personalization

The front cover provides ample space for corporate personalization.

We can add:

The logo can be positioned in the center or in another agreed location.

For volume orders, the same branding can be repeated across the entire batch.

One of the distinctive aspects of this real client project is that the customer ordered more than just the binder.

Using the same Gray Crazy Horse leather and matching corporate branding, we also created:

This is a good example of how the same company logo, leather color, and visual style can be carried across several functional products.

A Real Mureli Workshop Corporate Project

The photographs show a real corporate order completed by Mureli Workshop.

For this client, we used:

• Gray Crazy Horse leather;
• light gray suede interior;
• 3-ring mechanism;
• machine stitching;
• custom KAIZEN branding.

Along with the binder, we also produced matching leather coasters and a small leather equipment mat with the same logo.

This project demonstrates how one corporate identity can be applied across several different leather products.

The KAIZEN – Inclusion, Ingenuity, Innovation branding shown in the photographs belongs to a previous client and is presented only as an example of completed personalization.

For a new order, we use your own logo or another approved design.

Matching Leather Coasters & Equipment Mat

A matching set of 4 hand-stitched leather coasters and a branded leather equipment mat was also created in the same Gray Crazy Horse leather.

We use top-grain calf leather and carefully select it for each type of product. Where strength and structural stability are needed, we choose denser sections of the leather. Where elasticity, softness, and a more natural texture matter, we use more flexible parts of the material.

For example, we cut leather desk pads along the upper line of the hide, which is usually flatter and more even. Rolls, on the other hand, are cut along the lower line of the hide, which is more elastic and often has a more interesting natural texture. This approach allows us to combine aesthetics, functionality, and durability in the right way.

For corporate orders, we can also offer a wider range of calf leather depending on the requirements of a particular project and the needs of the brand.

Since leather is a natural material, each product has its own unique characteristics. The shade, texture, density, and surface character may vary slightly from what you see in the photos. This is part of the value of genuine leather — every изделие preserves the living character of the material and its natural uniqueness.

Any personalization shown in the photos in our listings, including logos, names, initials, or text, is provided for demonstration purposes only. By default, we sell our products without personalization. If you would like to add your own logo, name, or text, please leave your request in the Comment field during checkout.

In many cases, we can complete laser engraving directly at the warehouse and ship the order on the same day, so this usually does not affect the dispatch time. If embossing with a metal die is required, the work is completed in our workshop in Ukraine, so delivery usually takes about 9 days instead of 1–3 days for orders shipped from our warehouse in the USA.

If the personalization includes the customer’s logo, our designer first prepares a digital mockup for approval. For wholesale and corporate orders, we also produce the first item from the batch as a sample, approve it separately, and only after the second approval do we proceed with the full production run.

If the order is shipped from Ukraine, we independently pay all customs duties and mandatory charges regardless of the destination country, so the customer does not face additional costs or difficulties when receiving the parcel.
