This model is an alternative version of a bill presenter from our Premium Floater Leather Check Presenters collection. We created it as a second sample for an Italian restaurant, while intentionally making the construction more universal so it can work equally well for restaurants, bars, cafés, wine venues, hotels, and other hospitality projects.

The main focus of this model is the combination of a practical bill presenter format with a thoughtfully designed interior: a compartment for cash, a separate pocket for a payment card, and an integrated pen loop.

Two-Layer Floater Leather and Suede Construction

The exterior is made from 1.5 mm floater leather. The interior is made from 1.5 mm suede. Together, the two leather layers create a total thickness of approximately 3 mm.

Floater leather has a distinctive textured grain that gives the product a premium appearance while also making it well suited for intensive everyday use. This surface is practical for restaurant service: minor scuffs and everyday signs of use are less noticeable, and the material handles normal contact with moisture and dirt associated with hospitality environments well.

For this sample, we used rich green floater leather combined with dark suede on the inside. The contrast between the textured green exterior and the soft dark interior gives the presenter a distinctive appearance without making the design feel excessive.

Thin-Line Gold Foil Personalization

We also changed the style of personalization for this version. Instead of a solid gold-filled logo, the design is created with thin gold foil lines. This treatment looks lighter and more refined while allowing the texture of the floater leather to remain visible.

For this type of leather, we recommend foil stamping because the pronounced grain can make standard blind embossing less visible. Gold, silver, or colored foil can be used depending on the interior style and brand identity of the venue.

Minimalist Exterior Construction

The construction of this version has also been simplified visually by removing the stitching around the entire outer perimeter. This gives the bill presenter a cleaner and more minimalist silhouette.

At the same time, the interior pocket is stitched by hand. It is designed to hold banknotes and a payment card, creating a dedicated functional area inside the presenter.

Suitable for Different Currencies

In the photos, we show the model with both a €100 banknote and a US $100 banknote. This demonstrates how the pocket format works comfortably with different commonly used banknote sizes and makes the presenter suitable for venues serving both local and international guests.

Hand-Sewn Leather Pen Loop

Another distinctive feature of this version is the leather pen loop. This small leather element is sewn by hand to the interior of the bill presenter and keeps a pen directly inside the folder.

This is especially convenient for restaurants where a guest may need to sign a receipt, leave a tip, or complete a form, while the staff can keep the pen together with the bill presenter at all times.

We use top-grain calf leather and carefully select it for each type of product. Where strength and structural stability are needed, we choose denser sections of the leather. Where elasticity, softness, and a more natural texture matter, we use more flexible parts of the material.

For example, we cut leather desk pads along the upper line of the hide, which is usually flatter and more even. Rolls, on the other hand, are cut along the lower line of the hide, which is more elastic and often has a more interesting natural texture. This approach allows us to combine aesthetics, functionality, and durability in the right way.

For corporate orders, we can also offer a wider range of calf leather depending on the requirements of a particular project and the needs of the brand.

Since leather is a natural material, each product has its own unique characteristics. The shade, texture, density, and surface character may vary slightly from what you see in the photos. This is part of the value of genuine leather — every изделие preserves the living character of the material and its natural uniqueness.

Any personalization shown in the photos in our listings, including logos, names, initials, or text, is provided for demonstration purposes only. In many cases, we can complete laser engraving directly at the warehouse and ship the order on the same day, so this usually does not affect the dispatch time. If embossing with a metal die is required, the work is completed in our workshop in Ukraine, so delivery usually takes about 9 days instead of 1–3 days for orders shipped from our warehouse in the USA.

If the personalization includes the customer’s logo, our designer first prepares a digital mockup for approval. For wholesale and corporate orders, we also produce the first item from the batch as a sample, approve it separately, and only after the second approval do we proceed with the full production run.

If the order is shipped from Ukraine, we independently pay all customs duties and mandatory charges regardless of the destination country, so the customer does not face additional costs or difficulties when receiving the parcel.
