This project began with a single sample.

The client wanted to see the finished leather check presenter in person, evaluate the material, construction, personalization quality, and how practical it would be for everyday restaurant use. We first produced and shipped one sample. After the client received it and had the opportunity to evaluate the product personally, they placed a bulk order.

Red Leather with Gold Personalization

For this order, the client selected a rich red leather color.

Each check presenter features the client’s logo applied in gold on the front. The combination of red leather and a gold logo creates a bold and distinctive appearance while maintaining the professional look expected from a restaurant accessory.

The photos show a real completed customer order. The logo is shown only as an example of completed personalization.

Design No. 5

This project uses the functional Design No. 5 configuration.

The interior includes:

• A large pocket for the receipt or bill
• A separate pocket for a bank card
• A pen holder
• An open interior area for convenient bill presentation

This layout allows restaurant staff to present the bill, keep the customer’s card organized, and have a pen ready for signing, all within one compact accessory.

The client first ordered one sample to evaluate the product in real use. After receiving and reviewing the sample, they moved forward with a bulk order.

Mureli Workshop produces both individual samples and larger batches of check presenters for restaurants, hotels, bars, cafes, and other hospitality businesses.

Volume Pricing is available for larger orders. Final pricing depends on the quantity, interior configuration, leather color, and personalization method.

The pen, bank card, and printed receipt shown in photos are used for demonstration purposes and are not included.

We use top-grain calf leather and carefully select it for each type of product. Where strength and structural stability are needed, we choose denser sections of the leather. Where elasticity, softness, and a more natural texture matter, we use more flexible parts of the material.

For example, we cut leather desk pads along the upper line of the hide, which is usually flatter and more even. Rolls, on the other hand, are cut along the lower line of the hide, which is more elastic and often has a more interesting natural texture. This approach allows us to combine aesthetics, functionality, and durability in the right way.

For corporate orders, we can also offer a wider range of calf leather depending on the requirements of a particular project and the needs of the brand.

Since leather is a natural material, each product has its own unique characteristics. The shade, texture, density, and surface character may vary slightly from what you see in the photos. This is part of the value of genuine leather — every изделие preserves the living character of the material and its natural uniqueness.

Any personalization shown in the photos in our listings, including logos, names, initials, or text, is provided for demonstration purposes only. By default, we sell our products without personalization. If you would like to add your own logo, name, or text, please leave your request in the Comment field during checkout.

In many cases, we can complete laser engraving directly at the warehouse and ship the order on the same day, so this usually does not affect the dispatch time. If embossing with a metal die is required, the work is completed in our workshop in Ukraine, so delivery usually takes about 9 days instead of 1–3 days for orders shipped from our warehouse in the USA.

If the personalization includes the customer’s logo, our designer first prepares a digital mockup for approval. For wholesale and corporate orders, we also produce the first item from the batch as a sample, approve it separately, and only after the second approval do we proceed with the full production run.

If the order is shipped from Ukraine, we independently pay all customs duties and mandatory charges regardless of the destination country, so the customer does not face additional costs or difficulties when receiving the parcel.
