This corporate leather notebook organizer was created by Mureli Workshop as a real custom project for a returning client.

For the exterior, we selected rich red floater leather to match the client’s corporate identity. The interior is finished with dark suede, creating a strong visual and tactile contrast with the red cover.

This is more than a ring binder notebook. Inside, we added a separate removable leather organizer insert that also attaches directly to the ring mechanism. It combines several functional compartments for cards, ID, a USB drive, a pen, small documents and personal items.

Because the insert is removable, it can be added, removed or repositioned together with pages and other accessories. The result is a single piece that combines the functions of a corporate notebook, document binder, card holder and compact business organizer.

Corporate Notebook and Organizer in One

The ring mechanism allows the user to organize the interior according to individual needs.

Pages can be:

• added;
• removed;
• replaced;
• rearranged;
• divided by topic;
• supplemented with transparent inserts;
• combined with corporate forms;
• used together with removable leather inserts.

This is especially useful for companies where the notebook contents may change depending on the project, employee position, meeting, training program or internal workflow.

Unlike a traditional bound notebook that must be replaced once the pages are filled, a ring binder organizer allows the leather cover to remain in use while only the paper content is replaced or reorganized.

Removable Leather Organizer Insert

The main functional feature of this model is a separate leather organizer insert mounted directly onto the ring mechanism.

It can be used together with the paper pages or temporarily removed when a lighter configuration is preferred.

The insert includes several areas for organizing small essentials:

If a photograph needs to remain visible while being protected from contact with other items, a separate transparent ring-mounted pocket can be added. This transparent insert can be discussed as an additional option for a new order.

A dedicated compact compartment can be used for a USB drive.

The USB drive remains inside the organizer together with notes and documents instead of being stored separately in a bag.

Hidden Pocket for Notes and Small Documents

A concealed compartment is located behind the main organizer section. In the product photos, its functionality is demonstrated with the edge of a banknote visible from the pocket.

This compartment can be used for:

The concealed design helps separate small documents from the main pages and card compartments.

Paper and Replaceable Inserts

The completed sample was supplied with simple blank white paper.

Floater Leather Selected to Match Corporate Identity

For this project, we selected red floater leather to coordinate with the client’s visual identity.

Floater leather has a distinctive textured surface and works especially well for products intended for regular use in offices, during business travel and at meetings.

Its texture helps make minor signs of daily use less noticeable. The leather is practical for normal contact with moisture and everyday dirt while maintaining a premium appearance.

For a new order, the leather color can be selected to coordinate with:

Dark Suede Interior

The inside of the cover is finished with dark suede.

The suede creates a soft tactile surface and a deep contrast with the red floater leather exterior.

The dark interior also visually separates the white paper, metal ring mechanism and red removable organizer insert.

Reuse of the Client’s Custom Metal Die

For the logo embossing, we reused a custom metal die that had previously been created for another order from the same client.

This allows the client to maintain a consistent logo appearance across different products and production batches.

If the client orders additional corporate accessories in the future, the same die can be reused for:

• additional notebooks;
• future gift batches;
• folders;
• organizers;
• keychains;
• desk accessories;
• other compatible leather products.

A metal die created specifically for a client’s logo is reserved exclusively for that client’s repeat orders and is not used for other customers.

Private Label Production Without Visible Manufacturer Branding

This project was produced in a private label format.

No visible Mureli logo was placed on the product. The client’s identity remains the only visible exterior branding.

This approach is especially suitable when a company wants to:

Cards, banknotes, USB drive, pen and other objects shown in the photographs are used to demonstrate functionality and are not included unless agreed separately.

We use top-grain calf leather and carefully select it for each type of product. Where strength and structural stability are needed, we choose denser sections of the leather. Where elasticity, softness, and a more natural texture matter, we use more flexible parts of the material.

For example, we cut leather desk pads along the upper line of the hide, which is usually flatter and more even. Rolls, on the other hand, are cut along the lower line of the hide, which is more elastic and often has a more interesting natural texture. This approach allows us to combine aesthetics, functionality, and durability in the right way.

For corporate orders, we can also offer a wider range of calf leather depending on the requirements of a particular project and the needs of the brand.

Since leather is a natural material, each product has its own unique characteristics. The shade, texture, density, and surface character may vary slightly from what you see in the photos. This is part of the value of genuine leather — every изделие preserves the living character of the material and its natural uniqueness.

Any personalization shown in the photos in our listings, including logos, names, initials, or text, is provided for demonstration purposes only. By default, we sell our products without personalization. If you would like to add your own logo, name, or text, please leave your request in the Comment field during checkout.

In many cases, we can complete laser engraving directly at the warehouse and ship the order on the same day, so this usually does not affect the dispatch time. If embossing with a metal die is required, the work is completed in our workshop in Ukraine, so delivery usually takes about 9 days instead of 1–3 days for orders shipped from our warehouse in the USA.

If the personalization includes the customer’s logo, our designer first prepares a digital mockup for approval. For wholesale and corporate orders, we also produce the first item from the batch as a sample, approve it separately, and only after the second approval do we proceed with the full production run.

If the order is shipped from Ukraine, we independently pay all customs duties and mandatory charges regardless of the destination country, so the customer does not face additional costs or difficulties when receiving the parcel.
