Custom Brown Leather Check Presenters Created for Taco Bar

These brown leather check presenters were handcrafted by Mureli Workshop as a custom bar project for Taco Bar.

The completed order features Design No. 2, which combines a large curved pocket for the receipt with a separate stitched pocket for a bank card. This practical layout helps bar staff present the bill neatly while keeping the receipt and payment card organized in separate sections.

Each cover was personalized with Taco Bar’s custom dandelion illustration and business name in a subtle dark finish. The monochrome design complements the warm brown leather and gives the check presenters a distinctive branded appearance without using contrasting foil.

This completed order is now part of the Mureli Workshop portfolio and demonstrates how our leather bill holders can be customized for bars, cocktail venues, restaurants, cafés, lounges, and other hospitality businesses.

Design No. 2 for Bar Service

The check presenters shown in the photographs feature our Design No. 2 interior layout.

It includes:

• a large curved pocket for the bill or receipt;
• a separate stitched pocket for a bank card;
• a compact interior that keeps payment materials organized;
• easy access for bar staff and guests.

The smaller pocket can also be used for a loyalty card, gift card, business card, promotional insert, or another compact item.

Six Available Interior Designs

The listing includes a diagram showing six available check presenter layouts. Depending on the selected design, the interior may include:

The final price depends on the selected design and the complexity of its construction. Models with an additional card pocket, pen loop, or more detailed interior require more materials and production time.

Custom sizes and modified interior layouts can also be produced upon request.

Custom Branding for a Bar or Restaurant

The covers in this project were personalized with Taco Bar’s dandelion artwork and business name.

For your order, we can apply:

Depending on the artwork, quantity, and desired finish, personalization may be created with laser engraving, blind embossing, or foil stamping.

Brown Leather

The check presenters are made from genuine brown leather with a warm tone and natural surface variation.

Genuine leather may show lighter bend marks, small scratches, changes in shade, or natural markings. These characteristics are normal and give every finished bill holder an individual appearance.

What Is Included

The listing includes one personalized leather check presenter in the selected design.

Receipts, bank cards, pens, and other items shown in the diagrams for demonstration are not included.

We use top-grain calf leather and carefully select it for each type of product. Where strength and structural stability are needed, we choose denser sections of the leather. Where elasticity, softness, and a more natural texture matter, we use more flexible parts of the material.

For example, we cut leather desk pads along the upper line of the hide, which is usually flatter and more even. Rolls, on the other hand, are cut along the lower line of the hide, which is more elastic and often has a more interesting natural texture. This approach allows us to combine aesthetics, functionality, and durability in the right way.

For corporate orders, we can also offer a wider range of calf leather depending on the requirements of a particular project and the needs of the brand.

Since leather is a natural material, each product has its own unique characteristics. The shade, texture, density, and surface character may vary slightly from what you see in the photos. This is part of the value of genuine leather — every изделие preserves the living character of the material and its natural uniqueness.

Any personalization shown in the photos in our listings, including logos, names, initials, or text, is provided for demonstration purposes only. By default, we sell our products without personalization. If you would like to add your own logo, name, or text, please leave your request in the Comment field during checkout.

In many cases, we can complete laser engraving directly at the warehouse and ship the order on the same day, so this usually does not affect the dispatch time. If embossing with a metal die is required, the work is completed in our workshop in Ukraine, so delivery usually takes about 9 days instead of 1–3 days for orders shipped from our warehouse in the USA.

If the personalization includes the customer’s logo, our designer first prepares a digital mockup for approval. For wholesale and corporate orders, we also produce the first item from the batch as a sample, approve it separately, and only after the second approval do we proceed with the full production run.

If the order is shipped from Ukraine, we independently pay all customs duties and mandatory charges regardless of the destination country, so the customer does not face additional costs or difficulties when receiving the parcel.
