Custom Black Leather Menu Board for Rêve Bistro & Bar

This black leather menu board was created by Mureli Workshop as a custom project for Rêve Bistro & Bar.

The compact format was designed for a single A5 or 8.5 × 5.5 inch menu sheet. Four leather corner holders keep the printed page securely in place while allowing it to be removed and replaced whenever the menu changes.

The opposite side was personalized with the customer’s logo. However, this side can also be made with four additional corner holders instead of branding, allowing the board to display one menu sheet on each side.

This completed project is now part of the Mureli Workshop portfolio and demonstrates a compact alternative to traditional folding menu covers.

Single-Sided or Double-Sided Design

The menu board can be produced in two configurations:

• one side with corner holders and the opposite side with a custom logo;
• corner holders on both sides for two replaceable menu sheets.

The double-sided version is suitable for displaying different menu sections, such as food and drinks, lunch and dinner, desserts and cocktails, or regular and seasonal selections.

Replaceable Menu Pages

The printed menu sheet slides beneath the four leather corner holders without glue, clips, or permanent attachment.

This construction allows staff to:

• replace outdated menu pages;
• change prices or seasonal selections;
• switch between food, dessert, wine, and cocktail menus;
• update printed inserts without replacing the leather board.

The menu board shown in the photographs was designed for:

• A5 paper;
• 8.5 × 5.5 inch paper.

Other sizes can also be produced upon request to match your printed menu layout.

Custom Logo Personalization

The front of this project was personalized with the customer’s business logo in a subtle dark finish that complements the black leather.

What Is Included

The listing includes one personalized leather menu board.

Printed menu sheets and other items shown in the photographs for demonstration are not included.

We use top-grain calf leather and carefully select it for each type of product. Where strength and structural stability are needed, we choose denser sections of the leather. Where elasticity, softness, and a more natural texture matter, we use more flexible parts of the material.

For example, we cut leather desk pads along the upper line of the hide, which is usually flatter and more even. Rolls, on the other hand, are cut along the lower line of the hide, which is more elastic and often has a more interesting natural texture. This approach allows us to combine aesthetics, functionality, and durability in the right way.

For corporate orders, we can also offer a wider range of calf leather depending on the requirements of a particular project and the needs of the brand.

Since leather is a natural material, each product has its own unique characteristics. The shade, texture, density, and surface character may vary slightly from what you see in the photos. This is part of the value of genuine leather — every изделие preserves the living character of the material and its natural uniqueness.

Any personalization shown in the photos in our listings, including logos, names, initials, or text, is provided for demonstration purposes only. By default, we sell our products without personalization. If you would like to add your own logo, name, or text, please leave your request in the Comment field during checkout.

In many cases, we can complete laser engraving directly at the warehouse and ship the order on the same day, so this usually does not affect the dispatch time. If embossing with a metal die is required, the work is completed in our workshop in Ukraine, so delivery usually takes about 9 days instead of 1–3 days for orders shipped from our warehouse in the USA.

If the personalization includes the customer’s logo, our designer first prepares a digital mockup for approval. For wholesale and corporate orders, we also produce the first item from the batch as a sample, approve it separately, and only after the second approval do we proceed with the full production run.

If the order is shipped from Ukraine, we independently pay all customs duties and mandatory charges regardless of the destination country, so the customer does not face additional costs or difficulties when receiving the parcel.
