This Cognac Leather Executive Presentation Binder is designed for situations where the way documents are presented matters just as much as the documents themselves.

Larger Format for Page Protectors

The binder is intentionally made slightly larger than the paper format itself.

It is designed for A4 and US Letter 8.5 × 11 in documents, including pages stored inside plastic page protectors. The additional space around the document keeps the protectors neatly inside the leather cover instead of extending beyond its edges.

The standard configuration includes a 3-ring mechanism with an approximately 25 mm / 0.98 in ring diameter.

For corporate projects, we can also discuss different ring diameters, mechanism styles, metal finishes and other construction adjustments depending on your requirements.

Corporate Branding & Custom Projects

The leather cover can be personalized with a company logo, brand name, initials, personal name or short text.

For more advanced corporate orders, we can adapt not only the branding but also the overall configuration, including leather color, hardware, ring mechanism and selected construction details.

This makes it possible to create matching branded binders for sales and consulting teams, executives, client presentations, conferences, corporate events, hotels, premium hospitality projects, financial companies, real estate businesses and VIP programs.

Unlike a disposable presentation folder made for a single project, the ring mechanism allows this binder to be used again and again.

The Cognac Leather Executive Presentation Binder is not simply a place to store documents. It becomes part of how your company presents them.

We use top-grain calf leather and carefully select it for each type of product. Where strength and structural stability are needed, we choose denser sections of the leather. Where elasticity, softness, and a more natural texture matter, we use more flexible parts of the material.

For example, we cut leather desk pads along the upper line of the hide, which is usually flatter and more even. Rolls, on the other hand, are cut along the lower line of the hide, which is more elastic and often has a more interesting natural texture. This approach allows us to combine aesthetics, functionality, and durability in the right way.

For corporate orders, we can also offer a wider range of calf leather depending on the requirements of a particular project and the needs of the brand.

Since leather is a natural material, each product has its own unique characteristics. The shade, texture, density, and surface character may vary slightly from what you see in the photos. This is part of the value of genuine leather — every изделие preserves the living character of the material and its natural uniqueness.

Any personalization shown in the photos in our listings, including logos, names, initials, or text, is provided for demonstration purposes only. In many cases, we can complete laser engraving directly at the warehouse and ship the order on the same day, so this usually does not affect the dispatch time. If embossing with a metal die is required, the work is completed in our workshop in Ukraine, so delivery usually takes about 9 days instead of 1–3 days for orders shipped from our warehouse in the USA.

If the personalization includes the customer’s logo, our designer first prepares a digital mockup for approval. For wholesale and corporate orders, we also produce the first item from the batch as a sample, approve it separately, and only after the second approval do we proceed with the full production run.

If the order is shipped from Ukraine, we independently pay all customs duties and mandatory charges regardless of the destination country, so the customer does not face additional costs or difficulties when receiving the parcel.
