This Chestnut Personalized Leather Binder & Coaster Set is created for lodges, private clubs, ranches, cabins, resorts and outdoor brands that want their identity to appear in the details guests and members actually use.

The set includes a personalized leather 3-ring binder and four matching leather coasters, all made from Chestnut Crazy Horse leather and designed to carry the same logo, emblem or visual identity.

Logo Branding with Character

The photos show an example of a completed custom project with a large round emblem. Round logos, crests, seals, monograms, club emblems and heritage-style artwork work particularly well on Crazy Horse leather because the branding becomes part of the material rather than looking like a simple printed graphic.

We can work with your company logo, property emblem, club crest, monogram, brand name or other approved artwork and adapt the placement to the binder and coaster format.

Chestnut Crazy Horse Leather

The set is made from genuine Chestnut Crazy Horse leather, with warm brown tones, natural color variation and the characteristic pull-up effect of this material.

The surface develops lighter and darker areas, marks and patina through use. These changes are part of the leather's character and make it especially suitable for lodge, western, ranch, outdoor, heritage and private-club aesthetics.

Leather 3-Ring Binder for A4 & 8.5 × 11

The binder is designed for A4 and US Letter 8.5 × 11 in documents and is slightly larger than the paper itself so plastic page protectors can remain comfortably inside the leather cover.

The standard configuration uses a 3-ring mechanism with an approximately 25 mm / 0.98 in ring diameter and a soft suede interior.

For custom and bulk projects, different ring diameters, mechanism styles, hardware finishes and construction details may also be available.

Four Matching Leather Coasters

The set includes four matching Chestnut leather coasters. The same logo used on the binder can be repeated on all four coasters, or the artwork can be adapted for the smaller format.

This creates one coordinated branded set rather than separate office or hospitality accessories.

Custom Projects & Bulk Orders

For larger lodge, resort, club, ranch or corporate projects, we can develop additional matching leather goods in the same visual style, coordinating leather color, logo placement, hardware and construction.

Projects can begin with a sample or approved design before moving into repeat or bulk production.

We use top-grain calf leather and carefully select it for each type of product. Where strength and structural stability are needed, we choose denser sections of the leather. Where elasticity, softness, and a more natural texture matter, we use more flexible parts of the material.

For example, we cut leather desk pads along the upper line of the hide, which is usually flatter and more even. Rolls, on the other hand, are cut along the lower line of the hide, which is more elastic and often has a more interesting natural texture. This approach allows us to combine aesthetics, functionality, and durability in the right way.

For corporate orders, we can also offer a wider range of calf leather depending on the requirements of a particular project and the needs of the brand.

Since leather is a natural material, each product has its own unique characteristics. The shade, texture, density, and surface character may vary slightly from what you see in the photos. This is part of the value of genuine leather — every изделие preserves the living character of the material and its natural uniqueness.

Any personalization shown in the photos in our listings, including logos, names, initials, or text, is provided for demonstration purposes only. In many cases, we can complete laser engraving directly at the warehouse and ship the order on the same day, so this usually does not affect the dispatch time. If embossing with a metal die is required, the work is completed in our workshop in Ukraine, so delivery usually takes about 9 days instead of 1–3 days for orders shipped from our warehouse in the USA.

If the personalization includes the customer’s logo, our designer first prepares a digital mockup for approval. For wholesale and corporate orders, we also produce the first item from the batch as a sample, approve it separately, and only after the second approval do we proceed with the full production run.

If the order is shipped from Ukraine, we independently pay all customs duties and mandatory charges regardless of the destination country, so the customer does not face additional costs or difficulties when receiving the parcel.
