The refillable ring mechanism allows pages to be removed, replaced and reorganized, so the leather cover can continue to be used long after the original paper is filled.

The notebook shown in the photos contains 200 sheets. This demonstrates how the organizer looks with a larger amount of paper installed. The standard order includes 100 sheets.

Natural Crazy Horse Pull-Up Effect

The photos clearly show one of the most distinctive characteristics of Crazy Horse leather.

In the first image, the leather has been flexed less, so the surface appears darker and more uniform. In the following photos, the leather was bent and worked more strongly, causing the pull-up effect to become much more visible and bringing out lighter golden-chestnut lines across the surface.

This is not damage and it is not a different leather color. It is a natural characteristic of Crazy Horse leather caused by the movement of waxes and oils within the material.

With regular use, the surface will continue to change, developing lighter areas, natural marks and a unique patina that reflects how the notebook is handled over time.

Every bend, touch and day of use gradually changes the surface, so two notebooks that begin almost identical can develop very different personalities over time.

The combination of A5 and 8.5 × 5.5 in compatibility, refillable ring construction, 100 included sheets, the 200-sheet setup shown in the photos, pen loop, personalization and natural pull-up effect makes this a practical business notebook with the distinctive character of genuine leather.

We use top-grain calf leather and carefully select it for each type of product. Where strength and structural stability are needed, we choose denser sections of the leather. Where elasticity, softness, and a more natural texture matter, we use more flexible parts of the material.

For example, we cut leather desk pads along the upper line of the hide, which is usually flatter and more even. Rolls, on the other hand, are cut along the lower line of the hide, which is more elastic and often has a more interesting natural texture. This approach allows us to combine aesthetics, functionality, and durability in the right way.

For corporate orders, we can also offer a wider range of calf leather depending on the requirements of a particular project and the needs of the brand.

Since leather is a natural material, each product has its own unique characteristics. The shade, texture, density, and surface character may vary slightly from what you see in the photos. This is part of the value of genuine leather — every изделие preserves the living character of the material and its natural uniqueness.

Any personalization shown in the photos in our listings, including logos, names, initials, or text, is provided for demonstration purposes only. In many cases, we can complete laser engraving directly at the warehouse and ship the order on the same day, so this usually does not affect the dispatch time. If embossing with a metal die is required, the work is completed in our workshop in Ukraine, so delivery usually takes about 9 days instead of 1–3 days for orders shipped from our warehouse in the USA.

If the personalization includes the customer’s logo, our designer first prepares a digital mockup for approval. For wholesale and corporate orders, we also produce the first item from the batch as a sample, approve it separately, and only after the second approval do we proceed with the full production run.

If the order is shipped from Ukraine, we independently pay all customs duties and mandatory charges regardless of the destination country, so the customer does not face additional costs or difficulties when receiving the parcel.
