Where do you ship your products from?
We have our own warehouse in Minnesota, so shipping within the U.S. is very fast.
In fact, most of our international orders are also shipped from this U.S. warehouse.
However, our production is located in Western Ukraine, a safe region near the European border.
For custom wholesale orders, we ship via FedEx through our Polish office, which is also convenient, fast, and secure.
Do you use insurance when shipping products?
Yes, we use carrier-provided insurance, and we also guarantee that in case of any delivery issues, we will remain loyal and supportive toward our customers.
Do I need to pay any customs duties?
No, you don’t! We take care of any duties ourselves if they apply, so you’ll always receive your package without any hassle.
What kind of packaging do you use?
We use kraft boxes personalized with our Mureli logo.
There may also be warehouse labeling on the box.
However, you can optionally order gift packaging for an upgraded presentation.
What kind of leather do you use?
We use genuine calfskin leather.
Our leather suppliers are certified with European quality and environmental standards, ensuring both excellence and sustainability.
