This rigid leather 3-ring binder is made from genuine leather in a warm Camel color and is designed for standard 8.5 × 11 inch paper. It is suitable for documents, presentation materials, catalogs, contracts, portfolios, and other papers that need to be stored in a neat and professional format.

The structured construction helps the binder hold its shape and gives it a polished appearance, making it suitable for office use, client meetings, presentations, corporate gifts, or personal organization.

Ring Mechanism

By default, the binder is equipped with a standard 25 mm / 0.98 inch 3-ring mechanism, as shown in the product layout.

The mechanism is compatible with standard 8.5 × 11 inch paper and plastic sheet protectors.

Upon request, we can install a larger ring mechanism. This custom option:

• costs an additional $50;
• requires a longer production time;
• must be confirmed before the order is placed.

Rigid Construction

The binder is made from two layers of genuine leather, approximately 1.5 mm each. A 1 mm cardboard core is placed between the leather layers.

This construction helps the binder:

• hold its shape;
• remain firm rather than soft or flexible;
• protect the documents inside;
• withstand regular use;
• maintain a substantial and professional appearance.

Personalization

The front cover can be customized with:

• a company logo;
• a brand name;
• a personal name;
• initials;
• a short inscription.

Available personalization methods include:

• laser engraving;
• blind embossing without foil;
• gold foil stamping;
• silver foil stamping.

Before production, we confirm the personalization layout, size, and placement with the customer.

Production Time and Shipping

Laser engraving can be completed at our warehouse in the United States, allowing us to prepare and ship the order more quickly.

Embossing, including the type shown in the photos, is completed in Ukraine and requires additional production time. The estimated time for the customer to receive the finished binder is up to 2 weeks, depending on the personalization method and delivery address.

Other Colors and Custom Options

This listing is shown in Camel leather, but the binder can also be made in another color from our available leather palette.

For an additional fee, we can also:

• add interior pockets;
• adjust the pocket layout;
• install a larger ring mechanism;
• adapt the construction to your documents or intended use.

All custom changes must be confirmed before production begins.

What Is Included

Paper, plastic sheet protectors, and any other items shown in the photos are for demonstration purposes only and are not included.

We use top-grain calf leather and carefully select it for each type of product. Where strength and structural stability are needed, we choose denser sections of the leather. Where elasticity, softness, and a more natural texture matter, we use more flexible parts of the material.

For example, we cut leather desk pads along the upper line of the hide, which is usually flatter and more even. Rolls, on the other hand, are cut along the lower line of the hide, which is more elastic and often has a more interesting natural texture. This approach allows us to combine aesthetics, functionality, and durability in the right way.

For corporate orders, we can also offer a wider range of calf leather depending on the requirements of a particular project and the needs of the brand.

Since leather is a natural material, each product has its own unique characteristics. The shade, texture, density, and surface character may vary slightly from what you see in the photos. This is part of the value of genuine leather — every изделие preserves the living character of the material and its natural uniqueness.

Any personalization shown in the photos in our listings, including logos, names, initials, or text, is provided for demonstration purposes only. By default, we sell our products without personalization. If you would like to add your own logo, name, or text, please leave your request in the Comment field during checkout.

In many cases, we can complete laser engraving directly at the warehouse and ship the order on the same day, so this usually does not affect the dispatch time. If embossing with a metal die is required, the work is completed in our workshop in Ukraine, so delivery usually takes about 9 days instead of 1–3 days for orders shipped from our warehouse in the USA.

If the personalization includes the customer’s logo, our designer first prepares a digital mockup for approval. For wholesale and corporate orders, we also produce the first item from the batch as a sample, approve it separately, and only after the second approval do we proceed with the full production run.

If the order is shipped from Ukraine, we independently pay all customs duties and mandatory charges regardless of the destination country, so the customer does not face additional costs or difficulties when receiving the parcel.
