This Butterfly set is a compact creative workspace for sketching on the go, but it also works beautifully as an organizer for a regular notebook. The replaceable sketchbook or notebook insert slides into the pocket like a passport—quickly and easily, with no complicated mechanisms. You keep the leather organizer for years and swap the insert whenever you need.

The signature butterfly clasp is secured by two strong magnets. It opens easily with one hand and keeps the organizer reliably closed inside your bag. Under the butterfly, there is a hidden “tail” that works as a holder for an extra pen or pencil. Inside, there is a zipper pouch made from soft velour leather for small items and tools.

The organizer is compatible with A5 and also works with 8.5" × 5.5". Sometimes notebooks have a cover slightly larger than the stated paper size—this is not a problem. In that case, you can carefully trim only the cover (not the pages), and the insert will slide into the pocket neatly.

Exterior: calf crazy horse leather. This leather has a strong pull-up effect—when bent or gently rubbed, the tone becomes lighter, creating natural depth and character. Over time, it develops a beautiful patina and becomes even more expressive.

Interior: calf crazy horse leather—durable, cohesive in style, and comfortable to use.

Zipper pouch: soft calf velour leather (suede texture)—flexible, gentle to the touch, and easy for everyday use.

Crazy Horse Leather Care

Crazy horse leather is made to show character: light marks, tone variation, and pull-up highlights are natural features that make each piece unique.

• Daily: wipe with a soft dry cloth
• If needed: use a slightly damp cloth, then air dry naturally
• Avoid: prolonged contact with water, direct heat, and harsh chemicals
• Marks/scratches: many surface marks can be softened by gently rubbing with your finger or a soft cloth (the natural oils redistribute and reduce the mark)

This organizer was developed in 2025 as a signature piece combining emotion, symbolism, and everyday practicality.

We use top-grain calf leather and carefully select it for each type of product. Where strength and structural stability are needed, we choose denser sections of the leather. Where elasticity, softness, and a more natural texture matter, we use more flexible parts of the material.

For example, we cut leather desk pads along the upper line of the hide, which is usually flatter and more even. Rolls, on the other hand, are cut along the lower line of the hide, which is more elastic and often has a more interesting natural texture. This approach allows us to combine aesthetics, functionality, and durability in the right way.

For corporate orders, we can also offer a wider range of calf leather depending on the requirements of a particular project and the needs of the brand.

Since leather is a natural material, each product has its own unique characteristics. The shade, texture, density, and surface character may vary slightly from what you see in the photos. This is part of the value of genuine leather — every изделие preserves the living character of the material and its natural uniqueness.

Any personalization shown in the photos in our listings, including logos, names, initials, or text, is provided for demonstration purposes only. In many cases, we can complete laser engraving directly at the warehouse and ship the order on the same day, so this usually does not affect the dispatch time. If embossing with a metal die is required, the work is completed in our workshop in Ukraine, so delivery usually takes about 9 days instead of 1–3 days for orders shipped from our warehouse in the USA.

If the personalization includes the customer’s logo, our designer first prepares a digital mockup for approval. For wholesale and corporate orders, we also produce the first item from the batch as a sample, approve it separately, and only after the second approval do we proceed with the full production run.

If the order is shipped from Ukraine, we independently pay all customs duties and mandatory charges regardless of the destination country, so the customer does not face additional costs or difficulties when receiving the parcel.
