Genuine Leather, Suede Interior & Soft Padded Cover

The exterior is made from genuine brown leather with a distinctive natural texture. Inside, we use soft, dark brown genuine suede leather.

What makes this folder special is its multilayer construction.

Between the exterior leather and suede lining, we use 1 mm cardboard reinforcement and an additional layer of soft padding.

The cardboard helps the cover maintain its shape, while the padding adds volume and a pleasantly cushioned feel.

You can feel the difference when holding the binder. It has a structured shape without feeling rigid or uncomfortable to the touch.

A4 & US Letter Leather Binder with Extra Space for Sheet Protectors

This leather document folder accommodates A4 and US Letter (8.5 x 11 in) documents with compatible punching or protective sleeves.

Dimensions when fully opened:

• Height: 12.4 in (316 mm)

We designed the cover with extra space around the documents so compatible plastic sheet protectors remain inside the folder instead of extending beyond its edges.

This is especially useful for storing service receipts, vehicle records, inspection documents, and paperwork you want to protect during regular handling.

Customizable 3-Ring Binder Mechanism

The folder shown in the photographs features a 25 mm (0.98 in) metal three-ring mechanism.

You can easily add documents, rearrange pages, or remove outdated records. Service history can be organized chronologically, with separate sections for repairs, maintenance, or vehicle upgrades.

We can also manufacture these folders with smaller or larger rings, including alternative D-ring mechanisms.

For custom orders, the folder dimensions and binding configuration can be adapted to your preferred document format and storage requirements.

Personalized Leather Car Document Folder

We intentionally kept the exterior simple. The natural brown leather looks good on its own, but it also offers plenty of possibilities for personalization.

Add the owner's initials, name, a short inscription, or an individual design element.

We can discuss custom embossing placement, alternative leather colors, and modifications to the folder's construction.

Automotive brand logos may be applied when appropriate authorization to use the trademark is provided.

Our goal is to create personalization that fits the design rather than simply adding decoration to the cover.

For personal accessories and luxury leather goods, we often prioritize natural texture, softness, distinctive character, and the way leather develops over time. For hospitality and commercial products, durability, structural stability, and ease of maintenance may be more important. This is why we work with different types of genuine leather, including natural and polymer-coated finishes.

Before production, we inspect and select suitable leather sections based on their strength, flexibility, texture, and appearance.

For individual custom orders and large corporate projects, we can also source specific leather types, colors, thicknesses, and finishes to match your vision and requirements.

As genuine leather is a natural material, slight variations in color and texture may occur, depending on the leather type and finish.

Any personalization shown in the photos in our listings, including logos, names, initials, or text, is provided for demonstration purposes only. By default, we sell our products without personalization. If you would like to add your own logo, name, or text, please leave your request in the Comment field during checkout.

In many cases, we can complete laser engraving directly at the warehouse and ship the order on the same day, so this usually does not affect the dispatch time. If embossing with a metal die is required, the work is completed in our workshop in Ukraine, so delivery usually takes about 9 days instead of 1–3 days for orders shipped from our warehouse in the USA.

If the personalization includes the customer’s logo, our designer first prepares a digital mockup for approval. For wholesale and corporate orders, we also produce the first item from the batch as a sample, approve it separately, and only after the second approval do we proceed with the full production run.

If the order is shipped from Ukraine, we independently pay all customs duties and mandatory charges regardless of the destination country, so the customer does not face additional costs or difficulties when receiving the parcel.
