This leather ring binder is designed for convenient storage of documents, presentations, menus, catalogs, and other materials in 8.5 × 11 inch or A4 format. The larger cover size allows the binder to be used with plastic sheet protectors, keeping them fully inside the cover without extending beyond the edges.

Materials and Construction

The exterior is made from genuine Crazy Horse leather, known for its distinctive texture, natural color variations, and the unique patina it develops over time.

The interior is finished with soft velour. A 1 mm cardboard core is placed between the two leather layers, helping the binder remain rigid, hold its shape, and protect the documents inside.

The cover construction includes:

• 1.5 mm genuine leather outer layer;
• 1.5 mm genuine leather inner layer;
• 3 mm total leather thickness;
• 1 mm cardboard core between the leather layers;
• approximately 4 mm total construction thickness.

Ring Mechanism

The binder is equipped with a metal 3-ring mechanism:

• ring diameter: 25 mm / 0.98 in;
• suitable for standard paper and plastic sheet protectors;
• allows pages to be easily added, removed, and rearranged.

Color and Personalization

The binder shown in the photos is made in brown leather. Other leather colors are available upon request from our current color palette.

Two personalization options are available:

• Laser engraving — the faster option for products available in our US warehouse;
• Embossing — made in our workshop in Ukraine and requiring additional production time.

We can add a company logo, brand name, personal name, initials, or a short custom inscription.

Optional Add-Ons

For an additional charge, the binder can be customized with:

• an elastic pen holder;
• a closure strap or clasp;
• interior pockets;
• other functional details based on your request.

The base price applies to the standard binder without additional construction changes.

Production and Shipping

The standard version with laser engraving can be shipped quickly from our US warehouse, subject to availability. Binders with embossing, a different leather color, or additional custom features are made individually and shipped from Ukraine.

We use top-grain calf leather and carefully select it for each type of product. Where strength and structural stability are needed, we choose denser sections of the leather. Where elasticity, softness, and a more natural texture matter, we use more flexible parts of the material.

For example, we cut leather desk pads along the upper line of the hide, which is usually flatter and more even. Rolls, on the other hand, are cut along the lower line of the hide, which is more elastic and often has a more interesting natural texture. This approach allows us to combine aesthetics, functionality, and durability in the right way.

For corporate orders, we can also offer a wider range of calf leather depending on the requirements of a particular project and the needs of the brand.

Since leather is a natural material, each product has its own unique characteristics. The shade, texture, density, and surface character may vary slightly from what you see in the photos. This is part of the value of genuine leather — every изделие preserves the living character of the material and its natural uniqueness.

Any personalization shown in the photos in our listings, including logos, names, initials, or text, is provided for demonstration purposes only. By default, we sell our products without personalization. If you would like to add your own logo, name, or text, please leave your request in the Comment field during checkout.

In many cases, we can complete laser engraving directly at the warehouse and ship the order on the same day, so this usually does not affect the dispatch time. If embossing with a metal die is required, the work is completed in our workshop in Ukraine, so delivery usually takes about 9 days instead of 1–3 days for orders shipped from our warehouse in the USA.

If the personalization includes the customer’s logo, our designer first prepares a digital mockup for approval. For wholesale and corporate orders, we also produce the first item from the batch as a sample, approve it separately, and only after the second approval do we proceed with the full production run.

If the order is shipped from Ukraine, we independently pay all customs duties and mandatory charges regardless of the destination country, so the customer does not face additional costs or difficulties when receiving the parcel.
