This blue leather check presenter was made by Mureli Workshop as a custom order for a client. A gold-colored personalization with the initials “CSE” was selected for the front cover, creating a strong contrast with the deep blue leather.

This is more than a decorative cover for presenting a bill. The model was designed as a functional restaurant accessory for everyday use by servers and hospitality staff. It combines a practical interior layout, natural leather texture, personalization, and visible handcrafted details.

Design No. 5

This completed order features our Design No. 5 interior configuration.

The interior includes:

• a large pocket for a bill or receipt;
• a separate pocket for a credit or debit card;
• a pen holder;
• an open interior layout designed for quick and convenient use by restaurant staff.

This configuration makes it possible to keep the bill, the guest’s card, and a pen organized inside one compact check presenter.

Hand-Stitched Construction

One of the distinctive features of this model is its hand stitching.

Each check presenter is stitched by hand using thick waxed thread. The stitching is clean, even, and visually expressive, emphasizing the shape of the product, but its purpose is not only decorative.

Thick waxed thread combined with hand stitching creates a strong connection between the leather parts and is designed to withstand regular use in restaurants, bars, cafés, hotels, and other hospitality venues.

We use top-grain calf leather and carefully select it for each type of product. Where strength and structural stability are needed, we choose denser sections of the leather. Where elasticity, softness, and a more natural texture matter, we use more flexible parts of the material.

For example, we cut leather desk pads along the upper line of the hide, which is usually flatter and more even. Rolls, on the other hand, are cut along the lower line of the hide, which is more elastic and often has a more interesting natural texture. This approach allows us to combine aesthetics, functionality, and durability in the right way.

For corporate orders, we can also offer a wider range of calf leather depending on the requirements of a particular project and the needs of the brand.

Since leather is a natural material, each product has its own unique characteristics. The shade, texture, density, and surface character may vary slightly from what you see in the photos. This is part of the value of genuine leather — every изделие preserves the living character of the material and its natural uniqueness.

Any personalization shown in the photos in our listings, including logos, names, initials, or text, is provided for demonstration purposes only. By default, we sell our products without personalization. If you would like to add your own logo, name, or text, please leave your request in the Comment field during checkout.

In many cases, we can complete laser engraving directly at the warehouse and ship the order on the same day, so this usually does not affect the dispatch time. If embossing with a metal die is required, the work is completed in our workshop in Ukraine, so delivery usually takes about 9 days instead of 1–3 days for orders shipped from our warehouse in the USA.

If the personalization includes the customer’s logo, our designer first prepares a digital mockup for approval. For wholesale and corporate orders, we also produce the first item from the batch as a sample, approve it separately, and only after the second approval do we proceed with the full production run.

If the order is shipped from Ukraine, we independently pay all customs duties and mandatory charges regardless of the destination country, so the customer does not face additional costs or difficulties when receiving the parcel.
