This personalized leather organizer was created as a compact working case for an artist — a place where an A5 sketchbook, pencils, brushes, pens, and small art supplies can all be stored together in one organized space.

The organizer is made from genuine black Floater leather with a distinctive pebbled texture. Thanks to its structured, dimensional construction, it is more than just a notebook cover. It works as a complete travel art case that can be used at home, in a studio, during classes, or taken along while traveling.

When closed, the case measures approximately 24 × 18 × 8 cm / 9.4 × 7.1 × 3.1 in.
When open, it measures approximately 39 × 23.8 cm / 15.3 × 9.3 in.

The approximately 8 cm depth provides enough room not only for a sketchbook and pencils, but also for additional small art accessories. You can simply place various supplies into the open interior space, almost like using a compact storage box for your creative tools.

Designed for A5 Sketchbooks

One side of the organizer is designed to hold a notebook or sketchbook.

Maximum recommended notebook size:

148 × 210 mm / 5.8 × 8.3 in — A5 size.

The notebook is inserted vertically and secured with a wide leather holder. It can be opened and used without having to remove it completely from the organizer every time.

This format works well with A5 sketchbooks, watercolor sketchbooks, drawing notebooks, and other book-style notebooks within the listed dimensions.

9 Slots for Pencils and Brushes

Inside the organizer, there are 9 individual loops for art tools.

They can be used for:

• graphite and colored pencils;
• fine markers;
• pens;
• small brushes;
• other similarly sized tools.

The loops help keep pencils and brushes organized and prevent them from mixing freely with the other items inside the case.

Two Interior Storage Pouches for Art Supplies

The organizer also includes two interior storage pouches for stationery and small art supplies.

The approximate size of each storage section is:

155 × 100 mm / 6.1 × 3.9 in.

They can be used for erasers, sharpeners, small paint sets, brushes, markers, clips, and other accessories.

At the same time, the organizer does not force you to assign every section to one specific item. Because of the depth of the case, some materials can simply be placed into the available open interior space.

Additional Compartments

Near the center of the organizer, there are separate holders for pens or other frequently used tools.

There is also a large exterior pocket that can be used for notes, loose sheets of paper, small documents, or other flat items.

Full Zipper Closure

The entire case closes around the perimeter with a zipper. This is especially practical when carrying art supplies because the sketchbook, pencils, and smaller accessories stay contained inside the organizer.

We use top-grain calf leather and carefully select it for each type of product. Where strength and structural stability are needed, we choose denser sections of the leather. Where elasticity, softness, and a more natural texture matter, we use more flexible parts of the material.

For example, we cut leather desk pads along the upper line of the hide, which is usually flatter and more even. Rolls, on the other hand, are cut along the lower line of the hide, which is more elastic and often has a more interesting natural texture. This approach allows us to combine aesthetics, functionality, and durability in the right way.

For corporate orders, we can also offer a wider range of calf leather depending on the requirements of a particular project and the needs of the brand.

Since leather is a natural material, each product has its own unique characteristics. The shade, texture, density, and surface character may vary slightly from what you see in the photos. This is part of the value of genuine leather — every изделие preserves the living character of the material and its natural uniqueness.

Any personalization shown in the photos in our listings, including logos, names, initials, or text, is provided for demonstration purposes only. In many cases, we can complete laser engraving directly at the warehouse and ship the order on the same day, so this usually does not affect the dispatch time. If embossing with a metal die is required, the work is completed in our workshop in Ukraine, so delivery usually takes about 9 days instead of 1–3 days for orders shipped from our warehouse in the USA.

If the personalization includes the customer’s logo, our designer first prepares a digital mockup for approval. For wholesale and corporate orders, we also produce the first item from the batch as a sample, approve it separately, and only after the second approval do we proceed with the full production run.

If the order is shipped from Ukraine, we independently pay all customs duties and mandatory charges regardless of the destination country, so the customer does not face additional costs or difficulties when receiving the parcel.
