Inside, you’ll find a solid oak insert produced at our own woodworking facility. This insert was developed specifically for the Hephaestus line, focusing on three core principles: minimal weight, long-term stability without deformation, and design worthy of our leather craftsmanship. The insert is removable and can also be used as a stationary cigar tray — at home, in a lounge, or outdoors.

We use natural calf leather — soft to the touch, yet strong enough to retain its shape and endure daily use. The case is hand-stitched with attention to form and strength, finished with a durable metal zipper and solid hardware, and detailed with clean, polished edges.

Personalization — Inside and Out

By default, the case comes without the internal patch, but we offer an option to include a custom emblem — initials, crest, military insignia, or a personalized graphic. This detail adds a unique character and makes the case truly yours.

We also offer external personalization on the front of the case using laser engraving or hot stamping. Add a name, initials, or logo to make your cigar case stand out.
